Overall, I would not use these guys again and I had a negative experience.
I initially went with DFW Moving Co. due to the low cost (I think they were about half of other quotes I received). The main issues were rudeness, incompetence, and their slowness.
One of the movers (Juan) improperly disconnected my refrigerator water line and sprayed a lot of water onto my wood floors. Accidents happen, but instead of grabbing a towel, he walked back to the truck chuckling while the foreman just shrugged his shoulders. When I confronted him (Juan), he just laughed and ignored me.

We were very impressed with DFW Moving. Marlon, Anthony and Tre were very communicative, hard working and personable. We had a big house to move and they never seemed to tire loading and unloading everything.
They disconnected and connected everything, no issues with anything. There was a small hiccup with placement, but when I called about it Marlon was great about coming back and taking care of it.
We would use them again if we move, but hopefully that wont happen any time soon.

The 3 movers that showed up did an excellent job! They showed up on time, brought appropriate packaging materials, unmounted tv, curtain rods etc, packed up everything, moved me, unpacked everything then placed in rooms I requested & took their materials back with them in the end. If you're looking for an all inclusive stress free move these guys were great for that.
I took off 1 star for scheduling/customer service. While it was easy to get a quote and reserve a day/time the scheduler was difficult to get a hold of via phone, text, or email for questions. I know that I mistyped a number

DFW Moving company helped us move from Dallas to Caddo Mills a couple of days ago. They did an amazing job getting us moved in just 4.5 hours. Nothing was damaged and they worked at full speed the entire time. We moved from a 2nd story apartment to a one story home. I payed less than I expected to pay using a moving company.
We moved as much as we could fit in our and truck to cut cost. We left them mostly the heavy items, Chairs and some boxes. The drive was close to an hour between the locations and they still managed to get it done in exactly 4.5 hours. 3 hours to load. 1 hour drive time and

Awesome company. I requested 2 movers 1 truck and they sent 3 and still charged me for only 2.
Marlon, Ariel and Jimmy were extremely professional and worked fast.
They also helped move all the junk I didn't need to my garage and they helped me assemble my desk after the move.
I will definitely recommend this company to all my contacts who are looking for movers.

Price wise, it cost me 447$ (it is cheaper if you pay cash). You have to prepay 75$ and pay the rest after the work is done. So all in all, it is definitely

I've never hired a moving company before and was hesitant but now after using DFW Moving Company I don't see how I could do a move in the future with having it. Booking through Yelp was easy. They sent a link where you schedule a date and time with a small deposit which was used towards the total if he move. I had changes to my move which were updated immediately. Then day of move they were available earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Marlon and Ariel were amazing. I cannot stress enough how just professional and quick they were. Have used DFW Moving twice now and each time they've done an amazing job. Reliable teams that take care of your stuff. The only issue I've had is that the number provided goes to voicemail and I wasn't able to get someone to talk to, but email/yelp messages were responded to asap. Would recommend using them.

We had DFW Moving move us from our home into a storage facility.
I have moved many times during my life and used numerous companies.
They put all of our stuff into the storage facility like spaghetti intertwined. Most of our furniture was damaged. There was a complete lack of care or concern. Everything we own is either scratched, dented, or damaged beyond repair. They even dented the front of our new three door refrigerator.
When we moved our stuff out of the storage facility, the company we used were very careful with our stuff.
Picking the right movers is an important step.

This was my second time using DFW moving company. Booking was a breeze, however getting a confirmation was a bit of a hassle. No one ever answered when i called the listed number and the voicemail box was full. However, when I emailed I got a confirmation!
The movers were very communicative and efficient. Brandon and Diego took great care not to damage any of my furniture by wrapping everything and even went the extra mile to make sure my plants were safe!! I really appreciate their hard work and will be using this company for my next move!

They sent an estimator out to give me a quote. He told me, after looking at the furniture inside and the garage and shed, that I would need 5 guys and two 26foot trucks for 8 hours. They arrived and only had the garage and shed stuff and told me the trucks were full. They did not load the trucks like professional movers! They put unstackable items on the floor of the truck and told me they couldn't put anything else on them. This took two trips, and cost me $1700 over what I was quoted, they broke a tv stand and table. And they don't respond! It's BAIT AND SWITCH! They are crooks

I was told, via a conversation within this app, that I could request the time I would like the movers to show up by putting it in the additional information box on the scheduling page. I confirmed with her that the 3pm time slot was available. The day of my move I called at 1pm to confirm (as I hadn't received a confirmation email or call) that they were in fact scheduled to arrive at 3pm. The woman on the phone told me that I was actually given a window of time from 2pm to 5pm and I would receive a call an hour before they were going to show up. Update: Finally someone reached back out to us. Unclear if it was because of the 1 star review.
They took our deposit and have been unresponsive since. We are due to move this week and have no confirmation from them even after our deposit has been placed. (See picture) Their phone number goes straight to voicemail for another business in Chicago that does websites. Very suspicious. Will be failing a claim to charge back the deposit.

DFW Moving Co. gets 1 star from me and I wasn't even a customer. My neighbor hired them and in their attempt to maneuver through a wide open cul-de-sac, their driver Brandon drove over my yard, leaving a deep tire track and scuffing the curb. Seeing it play out on my cameras, I spoke to Brandon about it, particularly because heavy trucks have been driving in my neighborhood recklessly and the sod is new and might not grow now. He apologized but claimed it's hard to see things in the truck and that he didn't know he did it.

Had to call to find out the movers would be late. They ended up being 5 hours late. I was given 10% off for this which being late fine 10% is fair. One guy damaged a cabinet style bookshelf and now I'm waiting for a repair guy to come out. The story I got from them is that he let the piece sit too fast which the corner hit the side of the truck causing the damage. There is a repair guy who is supposed to fix it. With my limited experience in woodworking this is a tough job and I doubt this guy will be able to fix it to look "brand new", as they
