This has been by far the BEST moving experience I've ever had. From Victoria's customer service, to Ernesto and Jesus the actual movers. They were on time, kind, hard working, extremely professional and made a very stressful process easy going and quick. I wish I could give 10 stars. If I ever have to move again I won't think twice about who to hire! They're amazing!

With all do respect, the owners response will be furthest from the truth.
1) 350 an hour to pack and move.
2) below are the items they did not pack or move, they were instructed by two different people to do so. Refuse to refund time i had to take to do their job.
3) employee left his phone in storage unit. I have no idea if he left it there or not, I’m not wasting at any more time going to that storage unit to look.
And yes, i said im not going to go get a phone look for a phone or waste anytime until they refund a portion of the 3500 given, for the hours i had to spend doing what they were

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had moved back in May and am still trying to settle my claim with their company Moving Claims who is equally as bad. The head mover had informed me that everything would be wrapped with moving blankets for protection - that was not the case. They placed tape directly onto wood furniture pieces, they broke my grandfather clock that my dad had made me, they completely ruined out couch (and tried to say that my husband said it was okay). The estimate to fix the couch was $1200 and now they are saying that I should get a total of $74!! Beyond frustrated

Absolutely terrible experience. They arrived to our apartment two and a half hours late (keep in mind that we had the elevator reserved for a specific time slot which, at this point, has almost elapsed). They then moved our items into our new home. When they were just about done, they proceeded to charge us for the move before every item was unloaded (we were so frustrated and exhausted at that point that we just paid). Held My things as ransom on their truck! I was forced to pay $2,747 upfront before they released my things off the truck. I was bullied during my 2 bedroom move by Pro movers! Warning DO NOT use this company! Read my horrible experience below...

A nightmare of an experience!
I booked my move with ReydeSilva (their sales guy) on 06.20. They picked up my stuff from NJ on 06.30. After that, all was a black hole. These guys provide absolutely no information or communicate whatsoever on what is going on. I tried reaching out to Vladimir (their operations/manager guy who never picks up his phone and provides any clarity).
My stuff finally arrived on 08.04 after many attempts to reach out and get answers.
They also contract their service to other companies when their website states, they have their own trucks. Also, their main number and

Beware. We were supposed to move between 9-10 and we were told the movers were 30minutes away until they showed up at 2pm! They weren't ready to work and everything was an issue. They advertise "Promovers" but they showed up with a truck with "Budget Movers" plastered on it. The price we were quoted wasn't a "budget" price but the customer service and professionalism was. We decided after we met the crew and waited 6 hours for them to arrive to our home to cancel our move. It was the best decision.

My move "should have been" June 13th on a Thursday between the hours of 10-11 am with 3 guys to do the move is what was on my quote and I listed all the things I had and what was in each bedroom (pretty detailed) ...

With most all the buildings in the area. I so appreciate my first point of contact Rey DeSilva. He is very thorough and understands the headaches that clients experience with condos. Especially with getting the COIs. He will tell you everything you need to know and cares that you aren't charged extra. (This company is also known as Move for Less.)

If I could rate this moving company six stars, I would. I hired these movers to move me out of a small apartment outside Boca Raton into a townhouse in Miami. I don't have many belongings, but it was too much for me to do myself, and all my friends were out of town. I've never used any moving services before, so I didn't know exactly what to expect. The movers were way friendlier than I assumed they'd be. They had the truck loaded up before noon, and everything was unloaded in Weston before dinnertime. They did a great job scheduling an unload of a u-haul for me the morning after my call (college hunks failed to show up, so I lost a day and had to find another moving company ASAP). They showed up on time, charged me what they said they would, and were very reasonable. That said, they broke off the connector for my dryer, and despite having 90 minutes left in their 3 hour minimum time, left without unwrapping some of my stuff that had been shrink wrapped. The problem is that your movers were an hour late (it was their fault), they took one look at my things and told me no because they would not be able to complete the move in enough time. I was in touch with TWO managers that day, both of whom refused to call me back because they knew they were in the wrong

I was very happy with Pro Movers Miami. I moved from Palm Beach to Miami without any stress!!! They were excellent and respectful and did everything I requested.
