Steve and Alex did a great job installing our dehumidifier. They explained everything that went into installing it and how to use it. Even offering assistance if we had any questions or concerns about it. We would definitely use them again for other in home installations or repairs. Highly recommended!

They came within 4 hrs of my call, identified the problem caused by a storm and had it fixed in 10 minutes; maybe less. Ryan was a total professional, made a recommendation I agreed with besides the fix. The lady who answered my initial call was quite nice to deal with. Explained the process we needed to follow on such a cool day, explained their charge schedule and, importantly to me, was polite and patient with my questions. I don’t know these people, have never used them before, but if there Is a Best In Class, they are contenders

I was very pleased with the service. Technicians for the repair, and later the installation of a new furnace and hot water heater, were respectful of me and my home. They were knowledgeable and anxious to share the info and their recommendations. They were patient with my questions. The price was reasonable and I couldn't be happier with their service!
