HORRIFIC COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES OR WORK FOR THEM!!!! My dad (75 yrs old) loves to drive and he needed something to do with his time since my mom, his wife of 50+ years just passed away. This company hired him and the last job he did was drive from AZ to Oregon. After several attempts to collect his money, they give him the run around and now they completely avoid him. He has proof of the job he completed and their obligation to pay him. Who would want to hire a company to move them or work for them when they treat their employees unfair and take advantage of elderly people

WARNING! Don't use this company. My dad is a 75 year old senior citizen who was hired by this company to transport storage to Oregon. He went and came back and their pay period has come and gone and they keep giving him time and dates to meet and fail to come through, all on text record. This company is dishonest and refuse to pay their staff! BEWARE. Please don't support a company that mistreats and takes advantage of their employees like this!

I love this place they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Moving is so stressful for me, so paying someone the reasonable rate I paid made life so much easier…! I’ve always been nervous that movers will rush the job and be careless but when I opened my boxes at my new house, not one thing was damaged. These guys are professionals and I appreciate their hard work!

My familys business was ripped off by these people and so have a lot of people they are thiefs. The owners have millions of dollars in judgments against them. Before you work or use this company just Google Fedelyne or lyne Emerson she has many Aliases and husband Troy Emerson former owners of 3 Gorillas moving company and assurance relocation services in Tucson and you will see the news stories and read the Google reviews they just keep ripping people off and changing business name. These people need to be in jail. You can't even sue because they don't care and don't pay. 2016 was the first judgment

We moved across the valley about a year ago. I thought I did the due diligence and researched a proper moving and storage company. Boy was I fooled on this one. When they came to my house to start loading, and was taking their time. I should have just turned them around and find someone else. Assurance Moving moved my parents last year from Arizona to Utah and my father gave a rare glowing review of how well they were taken care of. My wife and I can now give the same great review. Our move was two very long days but the guys had a great attitude and treated both our furniture and us with kindness and gentle respect. I can’t say enough about these guys… I was fortunate enough to have the same crew for packing and moving over two consecutive days from Mesa to Awahatukee! Ken, Donald, Ronald, Flint, and Lonnie the truck driver made my move effortless! They worked quickly, were super friendly to my entire family, and my young kids especially adored them. Business wise...no surprises or hidden fees and went above and beyond what was asked of them with a smile! I’ve moved around my entire life... almost every two years… These guys were the best! I appreciated Troy from the main office checking in each day

DON'T, under any circumstances, use these people to move you!! They are slow as molasses and ran 3 hours over on my move-out. They literally dumped my computer, laptop, Altec-Lansing speakers and all the cords together in one large box w/o wrapping any of the components. On the move-in day they were 2 1/2 hrs late, didn't cover items from the rain so I have ruined artwork, broke glass shelves and furniture, dented my SS refrigerator, lost my grandmother's antique barley twist chair and all my dishes. They came un-prepared, fighting amongst each other with a "manager" that has only been in the company for 2 days and doesnt want to take responsability and a driver with the same experience. They dont finished on day 1, because they came late (1130) and didnt start loading until 1530. Then they say that they will be here the following day at 0600. So I am here at 0550 and guess at what time they show up? 1553 (3:53pm) its now 1811 (6:11pm) and they still have the same 12 boxes in the floor, because the lift doesnt work. Boxes that I carry by myself all the time! This is beyond unprofessional
