They were very responsive. They told me we could have wardrobe boxes but forgot to include each one had a price. They also told me I did not have to empty drawers as they shrink-wrap everything. When the movers arrived they said it was better to have the drawers empty but they did shrink-wrap & took them full.
On the day before the move, I received a message that they had to move my start time by over 3 hours (12noon instead of 8a-9a). They did offer to send an extra crew to shorten the move time. I was ok with the time change and adjusted my schedule.

I used MLoad to move in-town recently, and they were incredible! They fit me in the schedule despite short notice, and gave me a competitive quote for hourly rate. Anytime I called or sent a message via Yelp, I got a prompt response. On moving day, the crew was friendly and professional, and even dropped off some items at a different location for me. The unloading at the new property was also prompt and efficient. Alexander who claims to be the owner is a great used car salesmen. Bragging about how great his company is. Saying that he beats them all hands down. They are not cheap per hour and didn't look very professional. I had them move items to my storage and yes they were OK. For some reason they wouldn't listen when I said put the heavy tubs on the bottom and stack from there. I hired them to load a truck going to the Midwest and needless to say one of the worst packing jobs on a penske. They claim that I did not offer pads yet they were right in front of them. Did a horrible job packing

I highly recommend MLoad Moving. They confirmed the day before my scheduled move, showed up right on time and ready go. Julian and Joel did an amazing job! Taking care to place padding at doorways, wrapping furniture in pads and taping, moving furniture efficiently and professionally. I moved from a 15th floor highrise apartment and they handled the elevator trips and downtown parking with no problem. Both Julian and Joel were friendly and courteous and made my move easy. Id gladly use them again.

These guys are awesome! Super fast response time, I was able to schedule my move for the very next day. The team was able to unmount/remount my tv without any additional cost, and although we were unable to fit a large sofa through a small awkward hallway they tried anyhow and even disposed of it as requested!
I was extremely appreciative of how efficient the guys were and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Thank you Mary. Alexander and the whole crew! We bought a washer and dryer and could not figure out how to get it up the our spiral staircase. The company who we bought it from saw the pictures and assured us they could do it.. but then couldn't. It was really hard for me to trust Mary when she promised me they could do it. And they did!! Awesome job, it wasn't easy! Thank you!! You were amazing to work with!! 5 star service for sure!!

So I was in a pickle and needed to move from Phoenix to Flagstaff for a job. I didn't have much time to have everything ready. These guys acted fast and was able to help me move within days noticed. They're extremely organized, friendly and professional. They had to drive thru fog and move during snow showers. My new place didn't make it easy for big items ( stupid stairs ). They got everything in without a scratch! I will be using them again, which will be soon. HIGHLY Recommend!

Alexander and his team of three wonderful young men moved me this past Sunday. They are the most experienced and professional movers I have ever worked with. I have very large heavy pieces of furniture, they triple wrapped everything and all arrived without a single scratch. I was also most impressed with how polite and attentive the team was. They never stopped working until the job was done. I would, hands down, recommend MLoad Pro Services. I know I will use them again.

The MLoad team exceeded our expectations. When we moved to Phoenix nearly three years ago, we decided to rent until we learned more about the Valley and decided where we should settle down.
