Our house was long overdue for a face-lift. we got a couple of quotes and are so happy we chose to go with Yann and his team. New windows, siding and gutters. My husband and I hired Pro Warrior Construction to install new windows on our house and replace the clapboard with vinyl siding. I can’t say how happy we are with the results of the job. We have a very old house and Yann and his team brought new life to it. I also have to commend Yann’s carpenter Matheus who showed great professionalism and attention to detail. I’d recommend Pro Warrior to anyone, and I will be calling them for future projects for our home.

My wife already wrote a review but I feel the need to also write one and provide an update so that others do not make the mistake we did. Yann put on an addition at our home but we ultimately had to fire him for abandoning the job (see Kim W's review). The work he did complete was sloppy, poorly constructed, and of low quality. Pro Warrior installed a new shower as part of the addition less than a year ago. They never put in the proper waterproofing and now we have water damage and have to redo THE ENTIRE SHOWER. We have multiple other areas of the home with visible water damage due to poor construction

Yann and his team at Pro Warrior were fantastic. We own a very old house that badly needed to be resided and painted. Yann was responsive from the first time we called. His price was competitive, and Yann was professional and a pleasure to work with. His crew, especially Matteus, were great - they paid attention to every detail and cleaned up well after each day. Once our existing siding was removed, we realized a good amount of sheathing and structural work also needed to be done. Yann always communicated what needed to be done and the estimated time and cost. In the end our house looks amazing

I can’t say enough good things about ProWarrior. If 5 stars is the best, I wish I could give them 8 stars. Yann is very professional and responsive. They painted the exterior of my house, first repairing several rotted areas. The repairs blended right in. After an accent area was painted I decided I didn’t like the color. No problem, it was redone the same day that I called Yann. The painting crew was the best. Qualified, paid attention to detail, friendly and cleaned up every day. I would highly recommend them and I will be calling them in the future for all painting and remodeling projects

Do not recommend. Our $200k+ home addition with estimated completion in 4-6mo, was at 5 months the first time they abandoned the job and 16 months the second and final time. Multiple issues from day 1 including:
1. poor work quality from every team—from foundation, to framers, to siders, to roofers, to plumber, to floor installers, to tile installers, to painters. Water damage and mold in 4 areas throughout and several major mistakes in construction along the way. Project left unfinished with outstanding issues at our own expense.
2. non-transparency of pricing/payment—no invoices upon request

Pro warrior construction did a fabulous job on siding my home. Yann was an absolutely pleasure doing business with. He followed up each step of the way to ensure it’s how we envisioned it. He also continued to follow up even after the project was completed. Each night the work area was cleaned to the point you would not recognize major work was being conducted. Workers were professional at all times and very respectable. I would highly recommend if you are in the need for home improvements to highly consider contacting Yann at pro warrior construction. I can’t say enough about Pro Warrior. Yann and the crew are simply the best. I had a bucket list of repairs needed to be complete in order to get my house ready to sell. The crew did everything from sealing up a leak in my roof, rebuilding stairs and putting up a new wall in my basement. They not only got the job done on time, they went above and beyond what they needed to do. I gave Yann my long list of “to-dos” and never thought about it again. I trusted it be would complete and just as I thought, not one thing was missed. Everyone was always professional, reliable and left the house clean
