When it comes to renovating your space, there are two things you will undoubtedly need an abundance of: Patience + Planning! While we don't have a magic wand for the first one, we CAN help with your project planning. Seeking professional advice will ease the process by preparing fully customized designs, up front pricing, and a realistic timeline before you start.

1. Design, Estimate, Deposit: Designer/contractor will get measurements, write up a formal estimate and put together a custom design. Tweaks will be made based on budget, style choices, layout changes. Once a plan is agreed upon, contracts will be signed and a deposit will be collected to get your project booked into the schedule.
In this highly active housing market, home buyers are often making quick decisions based on minimal information and maximum pressure. We know buying a home can be overwhelming, and we always want to help answer some of those unknowns whenever possible. Stiletto construction does impeccable work, are extremely responsive and care about the home and family they are working with. Unlike other subcontractors they really make an effort to clean up and care for the homes they are in. Additionally the work they do is of very high quality. We will definitely be using them again.
