Worst customer service experience. I paid off my vehicle but from start to finish giving me nothing but the run around. Benny the manager at LA Casita is a liar, been waiting 6 months for my married name change on my account and flat out told me he never got my emails and was rude when we spoke, I even got a read receipt from him that he received my email. Been waiting a month for my title and my refund. I spoke to another manager, got me answer's but didn't seem to care about what was going on. They don't care about the customers they just treat you well once you give them your money.

Reviewed the other one but this is where i got my car from. The sales guy was good. The 4weeks they have had my car to fix it is insain they say parts shortage but i my self am a mechanic and order parts every day and get them with in 2-3days not weeks stop lieing to you customers on the phone they told me oh we ordered your parts last friday so 3 weeks to order parts thats just not caring at all should never take that long. Do not buy from this place they will not fix any issues and you will end up with tge car the same as you took itin....
