TG Construction, Inc. has proudly completed this LEED Gold 32,980 Square Foot Tilt up building on 4.25 landscaped Acres within budget, in 8 months. Duration from start of foundations to roof on was 2 months. We completed the Core and Shell on a Cost Plus basis and competitively bid the Tenant Improvements for this private Prevailing Wage project.
TG Construction provided preconstruction and construction services for this 18,000 SF, three-story concrete, CMU, and steel Education Building. From conceptual estimating through completion, a four year period providing constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, and competitive bidding prior to construction.
