The job took a 110 ton crane and was tricky for sure, but they got the job done safely and in a very reasonable amount of time. I needed a quote for lawn care for every two weeks. He set a date for Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 2:00PM and he didn't show up. I don't know why it's nearly impossible to find decent and fair contractors, which includes lawn care in this town.
Many do not know how to follow up with a simple damn phone call or text to say "hey, I can't make it, something came up." It's really simple to send a text and say that. Very unprofessional.

Joe is an artist with trees! He did an amazing job trimming 4 or 5 trees in my yard. His crew of 4 each had their own assigned job and they worked together in symphony so well that Joe rarely had to instruct them what to do. Each knew what to do and did it perfectly. My yard was practically cleaned completely after a huge mess from all the branches that had to be cut. Joe cleaned out more dead wood than what was asked for in the initial estimate. Everything looked so nice when they were done. I understand Joe and his crew also do other types of work. I hope I can have them back in the future.

We were very pleased with Smith tree removal service that we had performed yesterday. There was a slight miscommunication on tree stumps but that was my fault. There were lots of objects for them to avoid including a fence an inground pool and a screen porch and they did a wonderful job ensuring that our property was taken care of. I definitely recommend and will use them again in the future thanks so much for your help.

Called for a quote- manager said to text her the address and that she would have someone come out to the property to complete a quote for lawn care. They never came or called me back that day. I called the next day and asked if they could still come provide a quote. Never came, never called, never cared I guess. Terrible way to do business folks.
Called and had a different company do a quote over phone and complete 1st service within 72 hours.
