Champion (Tom and team) installed new duct work in our attic this past July and removed the old existing duct work. They did an excellent job, were on time, and were very considerate of our home; also were very attentive in cleaning up after themselves. Fast forward 3 months and we had a small issue, we turned on the A/C one day and a small amount of insulation blew out of the ducts. We always had some drips from AC drain. Lately, we noticed our AC has a lot more condensation than usual. It formed puddle on our backyard, which was not normal.
The quoting process was simple and punctual. They had some small fee to inspect the unit on-site which was deductible for the actual repair.
We were very impressed with Shane and his crews. They are very good with follow-up and punctual. In addition, they adhered to strict COVID restriction by wearing face masks. They also wore booties inside the house which was great for our light colored carpet.

Shane and James were great! We had a leaky evaporator coil on our air conditioner, causing damage to the heater and fan underneath and the carpet. They gave us a great quote to replace the heating/fan/evaporator coil unit, and completed the job within a few hours. They were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely call them again.

I've been a customer of Champion for the past couple of years for mostly annual maintenance and to fix some minor problems. Recently I had my gas furnace on the blink and I called them up again. Shane did some troubleshooting and corrected the problem but noted that was likely to fain again. After he left and spoke to the owner they recommended I get a new one. I was very concerned about having to shell out thousands of dollars but Shane was able install a mid-level furnace at a very reasonable price (and were able to do it the following morning). Champion was amazing! I got several quotes, and they're the only ones that were very straight to the point and didn't try and convince me that they're the better choice because the others were this or that. They also went out of their way to drive to Indio to pick up my condenser! They worked with me when I had questions (lots of them) and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Joel provided great customer service. My AC went out over Labor Day weekend, the hottest weekend we have had all year. I called Champion, expecting it would be about a week for any company to be able to respond given the influx of calls due to the extreme temperatures. Joel called me back within an hour of leaving a message on sunday and scheduled to come out two days later on a Tuesday. Our new go-to company for AC & heating. The furnace motor quit working right before a heatwave, rendering us without AC. Thomas came in to diagnose the situation and gave us a fair price to replace the ECM motor. We requested to have the part overnighted and Thomas came over this afternoon to install it.
Thomas was professional, friendly and gave us tips to maintain our unit. He even brought in a scraper mat to protect our carpet while he worked!!
A previous company we hired (2 yrs ago), didn't bother with a mat and even left our hose running.

BEST of the BEST!!! I can't say enough about Joel and his crew at Champion! Fair price, no surprises and they tackled a difficult job and made it look easy. Joel fabricated ducting on my driveway that fit like a glove and his knowledge along with a great and talented crew put us at ease during the project knowing they were going to get the job done and make it look great! AC was throwing filter codes and coils were freezing. James and Thomas came out and charged $525 to clean the system out. An hour after they left codes threw again. Thomas returned a few days later unsure of the problem and said Joel the owner would come out and assess the problems next week. Each tech, each time said they would have Ashley, the secretary contact me and put me on the schedule. Never heard from anyone and always had to call to schedule. Joel never came. Problem was never fixed. $500 bucks wasted!

What a great guy - he really knows what he is doing and even found out that the wires to the Fan and Air had been crossed.
He took the time to repair their unit and changed out their filter.
My Sister had them come out to her house and she can not say enough good things about this Company.
Through her referral ~ we now feel the same way.

home heater. We had Champion come out to our house before
due to our Air Conditioner. Joel came and helped us and we
