Legends Garage Door is AWESOME! I had a spring break on a late Saturday afternoon and called them at a time in which I expected they are closed. To my surprise, they called/text me on Sunday to see if they could schedule me for Monday (2-4pm)!
Then on Monday called to see if I was available earlier than my appointment time as they had the time to come out sooner. Once on site, the technicians were very friendly, fast, and even provided me with information for a full door replacement (as it is almost that time) with no pressure to buy one. The cost for the repair was very reasonable and they completed

The entire experience was great. Our garage would not close all the way so we made a service request. I called Legends yesterday at 4pm and they set up an appointment for today between 10 and 12 and sent me a message at 9 saying the service representative and his picture was on his way. Legends have bailed us out a couple of times now. We've called them twice and every single time they get us an appt. almost immediately which is awesome especially when you're having garage door issues.
The first time they helped us out by replacing the coils. They came out again yesterday when out garage door decided on a whim it had better things to do than close. My apologies, but I cannot tec the name of the gentleman who had been out to our house on both occasions.
They got us an appt. ASAP and even showed up early to help us out! Very professional and extremely reasonably priced

I can't say enough good things about this company. I contacted them about my garage door for a ball park estimate for the cost of repairs. Based upon my description of the problem I was having they answered every question upfront prior to me scheduling an appointment. I needed to know if I was looking at a total replacement or just a repair of the garage door opener and the ensuing costs. I was satisfied to learn that if the repairs didn't work, and I needed a new opener, that I would be credited for the parts and it would be applied towards a new opener within 30 days of service

I found this company during a Home and Garden event. A called couple weeks later and left a voicemail wanting to schedule an appointment. No call back after a week. So I called again and talk to some to discuss about getting a quote. One of the price I was given at the event was double the price when given over the phone, but didn't want to argue due to a possible miscommunication. Got a quote and setup an appointment for installation.

I have got to give praise to this extremely professional company and their great technician, Arnie. Our door quit working Thursday, as we were leaving town for a wedding. Fast forward to Monday & a quick call to our home warranty company. 24 hours later, I had an appointment time window of 2-4 pm. Legends confirmed my appointment time via email & text. I received a call from my technician, Arnie at 2:05, letting me know he'd be there within 15-20 minutes. I then received a 2nd confirmation text, along with Arnie's picture, so I'd have a comfort level of who I was letting

We didn't actually use Legends to install the door, I did it myself, but they did deliver it from the Big Box store we ordered it from. I wasn't expecting that, but it was nice to have a real garage door company deliver it. Lots of bad reviews online about broken, dented, missing parts doors when ordering online, so I was a bit nervous on who Big Box would choose to deliver. But, everything arrived in good condition from these guys.

This company is just so incredibly awesome, I don't know where to start. I just wish they did plumbing, remodeling, electrical work, and landscaping because then ALL my problems would be solved. First, I had a very difficult, tricky and unusual requirement for a specific sort of garage door install due to almost no room anywhere to locate the required motors and tracks. Our garage door would only go up half way, then pull inward causing it to bow. Arnie from Legends Garage Door came out and installed 3 braces on the door for a reasonable price, then reconnected the garage door opener. We were so impressed with his customer service & knowledge that even though this was not covered by American Home Shield, we will definitely call Legends again, and refer them to everyone we know.

When I tried to open my garage door last week, it made it about half way up, made a loud pop, then fell back to a closed position. Googling and Yelping led me to Legends, who came when they said they would, gave me a fair estimate, and had it fixed in an hour or so.
It was a broken gear on the Liftmaster opener from trying to lift a double door with weak springs. As a former inspector, I had a good idea as to what was wrong with it and about what it should cost before he showed up, but let it play out just to see if they would try to stick it to me.
