Estrada Heat and Air is such wonderful company! My heater wasn't functioning properly for over a year before Mr. Estrada finally fixed it. We had three different repair companies attempt to fix it and fail. Mr. Estrada spent an hour troubleshooting the system and running multiple checks, just to be thorough. I am grateful for his responsiveness and his good attitude and thorough service. I won't be hiring anyone else for heat and air going forward!!

I am astounded that Estrada's Heat & Air does not have over a hundred positive reviews on Yelp. I believe I found him after a couple of hours researching on the Internet for someone who is an expert in handling old gas wall heaters with standing pilot lights. I think he had a blog on the Internet it. I have been a landlord of a hundred year old building for over a generation. It used to be easy to find a good reasonably priced heater repairman. It's now practically impossible if you can only speak English. Fortunately Estrada speaks excellent Spanish and English .

Javier, is great! I called him yesterday because last week when we got finishied installing new flooring, the flooring guys accidenately cut the thermostat wire. After I reached out to Javier, he told me no problem and immediately said what needs to be done. He scheduled me for the next day early morning, and they showed up on time which is great! After looking at the problem, he gave me 3 options and I went with what was best for me. We had water in our California basement after the recent rains, which fried the control board on the blower on our HVAC system. Had several contractors take a look. Igor came out, took a look, fixed the system within an hour, and discussed options for non-HVAC work to make sure this doesn't happen again. He was knowledgeable, trust worthy, and easy to talk with. They were on time, very skilled and exceptionally courteous. I appreciate how the technician took the time to explain how my new system operates and made me happy, when I was reluctant, to go with the new smart thermostat. We decided to sign a maintenance agreement with them for our other unit too. Again, very happy that we used them.
