Our Tech was amazing.
Very courteous
Wore a mask.
The thing that impressed me the most is how detailed he was.
He programmed our OLD openers to work with the new garage door.
He took off the silly yellow rope off the garage door.
He picked up the tiniest pieces of garbage on the floor.
Made sure the Wall switch cover was down.
He made sure everything was perfect.

Great experience, it started from the phone call to the install. Phone skills Very professional, informative and personal. Set appointment, had follow up call night before installer was to come. Stu the installer called 1/2 hr before arriving to let me know he was close by. Stu is very quick and efficient, I’m a little gabby and had question, Stu continued working while politely and genuinely answered them.

Wonderful experience with this company! I called after hours and they were very upfront about their after hour rates. I decided to call back and make an appointment for regular hours service. They called me first thing in the morning to get it set up, and I was able to get service in the same day!
The guy who came was really nice, I think it was Ray. He explained what he thought was the issue then went to work fixing it. Afterward he showed me all of the things he did.
I recommend this company.
