Central Station (currently Central Station on Orange) is a seven-level, mixed-use apartment community in downtown Orlando, adjacent to the Lynx Central Station. The apartment building is 279 units of 1 BR, 1 BR Loft, 2 BR/1BA, 2 BR/2 BA, Townhomes and 3 BD/2 BA units, with11,626 SF of ground floor retail wrapping a seven-level precast concrete parking garage of 379 spaces.
Modera Sandy Springs is four, six-story mixed-use apartment/retail buildings of 313 apartment units connecting with bridges, surrounding a 477-unit parking garage. The building is developed by Mill Creek Residential, constructed by Mill Creek Construction. Lord Aeck Sargent are full-service architects for the project and Gordon Burns provided Construction Administration services for LAS.
Mission Lofts, 5600 Columbia Pike, Falls Church, VA is a nine-story mixed-use live-work apartment and office building. The building units may be used for residential use or for business use, or both. This live-work living concept adapts well to the suburban Washington, DC housing market. The building offers 156 units that are 1/BR, 1 BR/ Den, 1 BR/ 1 BA + Den.
Twin Towers Place towers over the skyline of Peoria, the second largest city in Illinois. The symbol of a resurging downtown (it is even on the police cars), the Twin Towers residential towers (each thirty stories) are the centerpieces of Twin Towers Plaza, which also includes a half city block of commercial mall, restaurants, the sixteen-story Union Planters Bank office building and four hundred cars of underground parking.
The Studio, 4596 Club Drive NE, Atlanta, GA is a three-story, 3,500 SF structure which includes architect and fine arts studios and galleria spaces displaying works from the studios. The Studio features a galleria rising three floors with open-riser stair treads and stainless-steel railings. Large decks on the upper floors hang in the tree canopy and a garden terrace and pond with conference areas are featured on the ground floor.
