I just bought a Certified Pre-Owned Kia Forte from Spitzer Kia, the process couldn't have gone smoother. I visited later in the day so there were only a few people on staff, however everyone worked very well together to get the job done. Big shout out to Leo and Justin for helping me locate and eventually buy the car. I have been in the car market for a few weeks now and I have not been treated as nicely anywhere then I was here. I highly recommend coming over the Spitzer Kia in Cleveland!

We moved to the area in May and this was my second service appointment at Kia Spitzer. I could not be happier with the service I received. Rachel Greathouse was my service advisor and she did an excellent job on explaining everything about what services were needed and provide. She was very professional, friendly and attentive. I waited in the lounge while the service took place and in addition to the fact that the area was extremely clean, several salespeople and other and the cashier checked to see if I needed anything. Overall, it was a great experience and the cost of the service was very reasonable

I have no problem with salesman at the dealership. However I do have a problem with the amount of cars that need service. My son whose car was less than a month old sat at the dealership for over two weeks because it wouldn't start and was towed in. Day after day I called and on some days I didn't even get an update on where he was in line. 10 to 15 cars ahead of my son was absolutely ridiculous. I finally had to email the general manager in order to get help. By the next day my son had his vehicle. My sons car was bought in July and he is still waiting for a car manual that should have

We just purchased our Kia Carnival from this location and had such a great car buying experience with sales associate Michael Rosado. He made it a smooth and fun process for even my two little kids. The lovely Carnival had lots of protective stickers inside and he showed my kids how to take them off and they had fun removing some of them. Michael spent time with me to help me sync my phone to the Carnival and reviewed all the cool safety technology. Then of course the kids got to hit the gong! I would highly recommend this location and ask for Michael Rosado Jr!

Don't know which one is worst Kia Spitzer or Kia of Bedford. Service department is horrible. Left my car with dealership for about a week. No one followed up regarding my service status. Contacted service department my service agent was out. So i contacted the manager she had no idea what was going on. She stated that she will follow up with me regarding a unfamiliar service. Then Service department stated i need to pick my car up until they figure out if something is covered under warrenty. I'm only at 30K all warranties are in tach. But seems to me they didn't want to fix this

Went there on October 12 with intention of buying new car. Had to leave showroom with salesperson due to customer and employee lack of mask wearing. I asked salesperson why some customers were not wearing masks. He replied they are offered to customers, but if they choose not to wear, they still allow in, in order to get the sale. Also employee behind counter on right side when you walk in not wearing mask. My health is more important than giving them my business. I will take my business elsewhere

I hate this type of stress. I am conflicted and hurt. Part of me just wants to send the scathing letter that will follow this post to the management at Spitzer Kia-Cleveland, but I want to make sure that when we spend our money, we spend it wisely and with people in our community who are not just out to use us and when we no longer serve them, they feel like they can be disrespectful. In 2017, I purchased a car with George Woods at Spitzer Kia. He is the husband of a sweet, gentle woman who went to Kent with me that I respect. I wanted to purchase with and help a family that I "knew"

I came back to my home state and wound up at this dealership and bought a new car. I had no clue how challenging it would be since I financed it, to get it titled in the state I now live in. Vincent, in the finance office At Spitzer, was incredible in helping me keep my car legally on the road while scads of paperwork and state rules and Kia Motor Finance procedures and the intervening holidays collided. 2 1/2 months later I finally had my new plates on the car. If it had not been for Vincent and Spitzer Kias dealership, I am not sure how I would have gotten to work those last few weeks! Thank

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Spitzer Kia and my son just purchased his first. I have always been treated like a very valuable customer. I didn't realize how much they go above and beyond until we purchased a car from another dealership. When my son bought his car, they stayed an hour after closing time to complete the transaction when they could have easily asked us to come back the next day. Just took our car in for routine service - hours are convenient and they offered us a shuttle service to take us home or somewhere else instead of waiting. They kept me updated on the progress

DO NOT GO TO SPITZER KIA FOR ANY KIND OF CAR!! THEY ARE THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER AND I WOULDN'T GO THERE OR ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE IF IT WERE THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH. They couldn't even GIVE me a car if they tried.

I went in to look at and test drive a Stinger and then another vehicle. Our salesman was Josh M. During the test drive Josh has his face in his phone. You ask him a question and he doesn't respond. When he realizes we are talking to him, he asked, "what did you say?". Nice attention to the customer and surroundings.

Had an awful experience at Halleen Kia in North Olmsted, where I brought them a recall letter that specifically said to take my car to the nearest dealer immediately - they turned me away and said there was nothing they could do. I didn't believe that there was no other options. (I wouldn't have received a letter telling me to go to the dealer ASAP if that was the case) So I called Spitzer Kia and they offered to put me in a rental right away until my car gets fixed, which is exactly what they did. Staff was very polite.

On May 11, 2018 I visited this dealership. I took a test drive with Jim the salesperson. The vehicle did not have an option that I wanted so I told him I would not be interested. At that point he said wait a minute and he went and talked to the sakes manger Mel (remember that name).
After about 10 minutes I walked to the sales desk and said I needed to go and picked up my keys from the trade in evaluation that they did.
At that point Mel said "why are you leaving do you have an hour glass or something" and I replied I need to go.
He then said "you took an hour of my salesman time

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!! They will screw you over. They replaced my engine on a vehicle with 1000 miles on it and I still have the same problem. So now I have a new vehicle with a remanufactured engine that never should have been replaced. When I took it back they gave me a "loaner/rental" and charged me for it without ever saying there would be a charge. They are trying to do everything they can to cover their enormous mistake. They say there is nothing wrong with the car now but I am the one that is stuck with a piece of crap Kia.

Normally I get service done often at Kia for oil changes and whatnot. I usually have awesome service and everyone is very friendly. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment today and the gentleman I spoke over the phone with was rude and had a very poor bedside manner. I understand if you don't have the ability to schedule something last minute but Steven needs better customer service skills.ds

I'm going to echo the sentiment of the other reviewer. I walked in and was quoted a price for a car. 250/month for a lease deal. Then he walked it down to 227 with a thousand dollar down payment. Much to my surprise, they came to me with a sheet that quoted me 125 over their original quote. When I went with a more basic model, the price was the same! Who would pay 350/ month for a moderately tricked out Ford Focus? I'm going to keep shopping. Bate and switch does not work well for me. No Korean car for me!
