I was searching for a specific vehicle on the internet and at local dealerships. I found a couple that I seriously considered but kept going back to Power Auto Brokers site looking at the one that they had. I contacted them about it and they were very quick at responding. They did a FaceTime walk around for me on a Saturday. The following Thursday I was in the neighborhood so I stopped in for an in person view of the vehicle. I looked it all over and had a price in mind. I ended writing a check for it right then. We went back Saturday morning and drove it home. I have since put 500+ miles on it

Okay, so to start off I went in knowing the risks of buying a used car and was met with one person running the entire dealership. Normally a concern but I was excited as the car I was looking for was what they had. An absolute beauty of a car looked great under the hood and body work was beautiful. I recently purchased a car from Ryan at PAB and was very happy with the process and experience. On Google posting, 9 times out of 10, people who leave nasty reviews with no profiles are not influencing anyone. I am now in position to make a deal for a cheap used vehicle. They are close and I could walk there. I've heard and seen good things said about them by people who have reputations going back years here. This is one of the good Old Brooklyn businesses.

There is an indoor display center where the nicer and newer model cars can be seen. Not so much cars displayed in their lot. They have the prices displayed hanging by the rearview mirror with other info such as year model. I have to call them for the mileage of the vehicle that I wanted coz it wasn't on the info card.

We drove almost 6 hours to get a car that i had to have... The salesman (Ryan) was nice enough to email me pictures and extra information that I had asked for before we made the drive! He was very nice! And, the car was in amazing condition! Almost a year later and it is still running so strong! So happy with our car buying experience!

Please find another dealership. Our 2010 ford f150 caught fire only after 45 days of purchase. Collateral protection plan was purchased through this dealership (which was purchased with the intent to pay off… any collateral) will not cover, and leaves us with a hefty balance after our truck was totaled. Our dealer spoke highly of this plan and it has completely failed us!

4 days after purchasing a vehicle from Power Auto Brokers on Brookpark Rd. in Brooklyn OH I stopped back into the dealer to ask them if they give their vehicles an oil change prior to selling them. I planned on doing one but didn't want to waste my money if it had already been done. The owner told me they do oil changes "if it needs one". When I got back home with the vehicle I checked the oil and it was 2 quarts low and very black. What a disappointment. So dirty oil and 2 quarts are missing and it doesn't need one? If you have bad credit or any prior bankruptcies especially CH 13 don't waste your time at this place. They couldn't get the deal done and turned us away with having a 599 credit score and making $50,000.00 per year, with $1,000.00 down to finance a loan for $5,500.00. The turn around time for an approval/answer was poor. I felt like I was doing all the work and our need to find a car was not a priority to them. They only have two lenders that they go to for "bad credit loans". Very disappointed with companies that say they work with everyone, then run your credit and suddenly
