Services
Whether you are brand new to remodeling or an old pro, it's always good to know what you're getting into! Here are a few questions to help get you started. A: Drive around your neighborhood, look around online, and ask some friends for referrals. Narrow your choices down to a few remodelers with high quality work and high customer service standards.
Now that the "dust has settled" we felt it very appropriate to correspond to tell you how much we are enjoying our new kitchen and family room! It's such a treat not to go to the garage to get something to drink. Looking back you and your staff made this a relatively painless experience. However, I don't think I am ready to tear out the master suite next month!

From our second email to the end of the project, I was appalled at the lack of quality and professionalism. We requested a full renovation of our entire home, from new flooring, paint, trim, cabinets, plumbing etc. Our contract was for $100,000 + for renovation.
1. He said he or his site manager would visit daily to check on work. That did not happen more than once a week.
2. Most weeks there was only work going on 2 or maybe 3 days a week
3. Gary was "out of town" or "at a seminar" or "on vacation" etc, for 4 out of the 13 wks of our job. The job contracted

Do NOT hire this Company or the man behind it. Gary Vaughan is not someone you want running your job. We made the mistake of hiring him to remodel our house. Project included 2 bathrooms, the kitchen floor and the master bedroom. He said the job would be done in 6 weeks and contractually agreed to be substantially complete in 8 weeks. I fired him from our project at week 16 and we were still a long way from being done.
He took a 3 week vacation in the middle of the job which he neglected to tell us about when negotiating the contract and work schedule. When he returned, the project was in
