HORRRIBLE - I was moving a 1 br apartment - with no sofa/tv/bed - only 5 dressers - they took almost 7 hours (20 mins car ride away) - and I caught the movers on their phone multiple times and walking super slow to move stuff - I asked them repeatedly to speed it up but no help at all... I called to complaint and no discount or anything was offered.. DEF WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

my biggest issue with these movers are that they're disorganized and slow.
i had a very simple 1 bedroom move that required assembly of 2 beds, 2 drawers and one table. The job should have taken 3-5 hrs AT MOST. Instead, it took 9 hrs!!!. Even though I CLEARLY communicated with the movers that they need to assemble ikea furniture, they didn't bring tools to do so. cut to 2 guys sharing 1 screwdriver.
in the end, I paid for their negligence. About 4hrs additional work and overtime and other surcharges (That

No need to search any further, hire Best West Moving. We moved into our first home today from a two-bedroom apartment. The guys came and were so professional, they checked in with us in advance to notify us of their arrival, and on arrival filled us in on what will be taken care of first. They made sure to check with us to make sure we were comfortable with their movements, the guys did a wonderful job and worked fast but they made sure to take their time with our belongings to ensure no damage! I 120% recommend them.

I was super stressed because I had to move out fast and was tight on the budget, but after passing on all these other overpriced moving companies, I tried calling Best West Moving, and a very kind and helpful man named Max helped me through the process of moving efficiently right away all at a doable price.

I wish I could leave more then 5 stars. Truly the service provided to me was amazing and at such a reasonable price for everything I had to move. They worked with my tight work schedule and made sure I was able to move on time to my new home. These guys are extremely amazing and I highly recommend them, I’ll be referring them to all my friends and I hope everyone can experience the amazing service I did. This has to be by far the best moving company I have ever had experience with. Dealing with heavy duty items require a lot of effort. Their work ethic is praise worthy. Considering how fast and efficiently they moved my items they most definitely deserve a 5 star! I 100% recommend.

This review is long overdue!
My husband and I rented a truck for our cross-country move, but needed professionals to pack it.
I called 4 different businesses, and Best West Moving had the best prices, as well as being professional and genuinely friendly. (Other companies also would not pack up a truck that wasn't theirs.)
Lee and Tony worked fast and efficiently, and were able to fit all of our stuff in the relatively small truck.
We drove for 5 days to our new home, and nothing was damaged or broken!
I would highly recommend Best West Moving!

THEY DEFINITELY ARE THE BEST IN THE WEST , THANK YOU BEST WEST MOVING FOR MOVING MY BIG GLASS DINER TABLE AND NOT BREAKING IT. I know my marble table was big and heavy as well and Doran and his best west moving moved These extremely heavy item 5 flight of stairs without breaking them. The best moving experience ever! Not only were they super punctual, but they provide you with a link so you can track the movers!! Once they arrived to our SEXOND STORY apt they were able to wrap/pack everything so quick... they had my entire living room packed up in less than half an hour... My last movers took 4x the time

I recently used Best West Moving for my 1 bedroom apartment move and everything went so smoothly with Best West! Antony, Omar, and Dan were on time, they called early actually but respected my start time, and got Right to work as soon as they arrived. They were super nice gentlemen, smart, well kept, and smelled really nice :) (I hope thats not bad to say!) Anyway, I was impressed with how FAST they worked, seriously, they know what theyre doing when it comes to wrapping and lifting and moving and packing the truck, they are wizards at it. I used this company a fews weeks ago to move my belongings into storage. My movers were Anthony, and 1 other guy, i do not know his name. They provided the extra boxes that i needed, and got everything moved from my house to the storage area within the 3 hrs that i was quoted.
My only issue is not with the movers, but the company its self. I called ahead of time and asked about what exactly i would be charged for/hidden fees. The guy on the phone told me i would be paying about $362 for everything. I ended up having to pay $485. i was charged $50 for a "CA law double drive time fee"
