BGM Movers may be a company established on the more recent side, but George, the owner, has years of experience in the moving industry. After talking with him, he has worked for other well-known companies over the years so he knows exactly what he's doing yet has what others lack: authentic empathy and respect for his clients.
I inquired on October 28 for a move around October 30. George responded with a couple of hours with his next available dates which were October 31 and November 1. I was so happy to book so quickly and close to my desired date, especially since it was a last minute request

Top marks for George and his crew. They helped me with two moves, one of which being on short notice when my other movers fell through. His flexibility on timing (duration) was important and allowed a better fit for our needs. He is friendly and helpful. The quality of work is great and far beyond what I even hoped for. They were very prepared and provided all of the moving/packing materials that we didn't even know we needed, and for free. They packed my stuff safely and more secure than I would have done myself. 10/10, would use them every time.

If I had better sense, I would've had these guys move me, instead of the (nice) thugs that did the job. My couch couldn't fit into my elevator because it was too big (older building and small elevator) and my idiot bldg manager and security guy mixed up the communication, so my original guys couldn't walk it up the stairs... 5 long assed flights of stairs. The bright side is at least I wasn't moving into my last place, which was on the 16th floor. The original moving guys took the couch to their storage unit and I picked it up a week later...blah blah blah fast forward, BGM

-insanely polite (which is SUCH a rarity nowadays and SO very appreciated always).
-extremely communicative and CLEAR in his communication
-prompt to respond
-gives great updates in terms of when he is arriving to different destinations (we had a few stops in our moves)
-extremely trustworthy

My plans fell through the night before I planned to make the big move from Northern CA to LA, so I called George at BGM the night before and was so nice over the phone and was more than happy to accommodate my last minute request to help the very next day.
I ended up having some setbacks on the road and was late meeting them at our scheduled time, but they were so awesome and waited for me.
They were absolute HUSTLERS, we had my entire UHAUL unpacked in about an hour.
Thank you guys, I'm recommending you to everyone I know!!!

I reached out to George to move i noticed he was the ONLY person who didn't have a 3 or 4 hours minimum like everyone else. super polite over the phone and very reasonably. Set up for the following Sunday, i honestly had a little more things then he may had expected. i called him back to change things up as far as what to move he didn't try to mark up the price ridiculously like most people would, i was so relieved. Moving day he and another guy came and moved everything even wrapped my couch i was willing to just throw my couch on the truck as is, i thought that was really sweet, honestly

I called another company and they flaked on me last minute.... But George was able to help me at the very last minute. So convenient I highly recommend him. He listens to your request, he's careful and he's also very nice. Everything went smooth and stress free. Again he's very nice and that's supper important on my books.

I recently got into a REALLY horrible situation with a different mover...you see I had originally hired & agreed on a price w the original mover but once they loaded their truck, the originally mover changed the price halfway through the move essentially holding all of my items for hostage.
Instead of paying the original mover, I CALLED BGM MOVERS and the guy George came within one hour and literally backed his truck up to the other movers truck, loaded everything over to his truck and BGM TOTALLY BAILED ME OUT of a bad situation!!
