This was our second time getting flooring through Chase, and they did an outstanding job! We initially weren't sure of what kind of carpet we wanted, but Dylan was so helpful and patient and really took his time in finding the right product for us. The turnaround was a lot faster than we anticipated which was a pleasant surprise and the installation crew was very professional. When they arrived they all had masks and they even brought a laser thermometer to check temperatures at the door.

Showroom had lots to choose from and their salesman was extremely helpful. Job was scheduled and taken care of within our time frame. Only leaving 4 stars because we had to call them back to take care of a few seam issues in our carpet. Nonetheless, we had a good experience and will recommend to our friends.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful, prompt service, quality installation, quality product, and fair price! This is the second time we have used Chase Flooring to install our carpet and wood floors since we just moved. Keith Vera was very helpful and worked with me on selecting the color and type of flooring. He even helped me match it with the wall color and the type of lighting. The crew was on time to install the new floors and were very detailed in the installation. I appreciated the follow up visit to make sure I was pleased with everything. I went into the showroom on Saturday and got helped by a nice young man named Dylan. He showed me a lot of different carpets and was very helpful on deciding what would look best in my home. I recommend anybody to go into their showroom and take a look at all they have to offer. They have several different options at all kinds of different price ranges. In the next couple months or so, I'm definitely buying my carpet from them!

Recently got new carpet in my living room and bedrooms, and I couldn't be happier with the new look of the house. Keith helped me select my carpet and he was awesome and very helpful. After I ordered my carpet, I worked with their Operations Manager, Lauren, and she was very nice and stayed in touch every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied. I loved the friendliness and their great customer service throughout my whole experience. Hardwood is coming next and I will definitely be giving my business to Chase Flooring!

They did an excellent job and turn around time was great! We wanted to get rid of our carpet in the living room and match it with our other tile in the kitchen (open floor plan) and they were able to match it up perfectly! We love coming home and not having to worry about vacuuming yucky carpet! I will definitely keep Chase in mind for future projects.
