As fate would have it, today's carpet cleaning fell on our first big snow of the season - but it didn't matter. Omar and Manual were the pinnacle of professionalism and worked with impeccable care and kindness, throughout the entire service. They moved furniture, cleaned base boards (that helped us immensely) and represented their employer with the utmost integrity and respect. This is why we have been "greatest-fan" customers of Mr. Natural Services (in Roselle) for decades! Another awesome carpet cleaning on the books.

I used Mister Natural for a dryer vent cleaning. There was some confusion with the appointment time and a issue but I was able to call and speak with Abraham who solved the issue in 2 minutes and he was able to keep my appointment and were right on time and very professional.

Super friendly and kind! Abraham made dropping off and picking up my carpets a very Comfortable transaction. As a woman it's not easy to go and do these sort of drop off and pick up type of transactions and he made it a breeze! Also he was kind enough to enough to load and unload my car and was very clear with me about the cleaning service I was going to need on the carpet. Thank you!

Bought a new house needed Carpet stretching ,Dryer vent cleaning, carpet shampooed.
Carpet stretching was great they outsourced it came on Friday the day I closed on my new home and Jason was supposed to call about the other services I need after multiple call to the office that day the receptionist says he isn't in and would return my call now it's close to close and I call back and he tells me all trucks are out and he would call me back on Monday to schedule me. 2 weeks later no call no show
Called another company on Monday and we're out that day and we're a lot cheaper

First time I used Mr. natural, on a referral of a friend, they did our vent cleaning, very professional, fast and efficient, polite, and did a great job. The price was better than others I checked out. Customer service was good. Kudos to Cristian and Alex who did a great job

I had to use this company due to my condo association. The technician came an hour late after the proposed 4 hour window. He spent less than 10 minutes and I didn't like the clean. He didn't move the dryer to vacuum the wall vent.

Do not use them! I had them do a simple dryer vent cleaning and they didn’t even clean the outside vent. It was completely clogged and after they left my dryer still wasn’t heating. I had to have another company come out and inform me that Mr. Natural didn’t clean the vent properly. When I called Mr. Natural for a refund, they tried to fight it with me but then agreed to refund my $95. I attached a photo of what the vent looked like after they claimed they cleaned it. Well it’s been 3 weeks of unanswered calls and I still haven’t gotten my refund. Poor service and customer service. Go

The last 2 years we have had Mister Natural cleN our dryer vent per our association. This year I called and made an appointment 9/17/21 like usual (see phone log pictured) and was told it woukd be 10/27 between 8am-11am. I took the morning off to get this done and they arrived on my street at 8am and did everyone elses house but ours. I went out and asked why they werent doing our house and they said we are not on the list. They kid said to call the office. I called spoke to a female she said no record of our appointment. Put me on hold for awhile then said we can come back this afternoon. This

We moved here from CO and after the level of service and deep clean we received from our provider there, we are really disappointed in what we got with Mister Natural. We spilled coffee on the staircase and although we asked that the stairs be cleaned, it as still there. The carpets hardly looked like they were professionally cleaned. It's just not as thorough as we had hoped. We will not be using them again.

2 nice techs came to try to clean vents in my condo building. They were given a miserable job today because no one from our HOA management company was with them to show them where the outside vents were located. I originally left a harsh review but changed it once I understood that the management company was the cog in the middle. Not having anyone from Heil & Heil here today to direct them made this project way more time consuming. This is a 4 striped bldg & they will now have to come back with a lift yo clean out the vents on the outside. The 2 techs did a great job under great pressure

7/22 They came out to clean the dryer vents. They spotted that my untrained dog went number 2 on the stairs. We picked it up and apologized they called Human Services on us. If the slightest thing is wrong with your home they will do the same to you. You have been warned.
They won't be able to find your house either-even if you live in an association that picks to use them. Please help us find your house, and I go outside and have to direct them for over 20 minutes in a small complex. They are in this area almost every day and yet they still can't find homes in our association.
7/30 Update: Today

We are very happy with the efficiency and professionalism shown by the two technicians that provided air duct cleaning for our condo. They arrived on time and took care when moving their equipment around the unit to reach all registers. We recommend Mister Natural Services for air vent cleaning.

Found pressure washing staff inside my house when I returned. Never responding to inquiries when contacted. Do not let them near your home if you are not there to supervise.

After a snaffu on an original appointment Bob sent his guys out to do the work the next morning for free. Thanks will recommend

Recently had my balcony powerwashed by this company. My homeowners association set it up for a Saturday morning at 8 a.m. I advised them that I work overnights and would not be home. Said no problem everything is done from outside. So imagine my surprise when I arrived home at 0830 to find a man in my living room. One of the workers had opened my patio door and walked in. When I confronted him and asked him why he was in my apartment he said I was told no one would be home??????????so that gives someone the right to just walk in. I just hired Mister Natural to clean my air ducts and my dryer vents before I move out of state and rent my place out. First, I emphatically asked if the service they are charging me for was a deep brush cleaning and the woman I made the appointment through assured me twice that in fact they do use the deep brush cleaning method. They did not use a deep brush. They used an air compressor to simply blow in through the vents and eventually out at the intake and outflow vents. They messed with my thermostat and furnace and the a/c would not shut off after they left. I had to manually shut the a/c

Worked with Jason for carpet and flooring in my home. Stopped at their location in Roselle Jason came out same day worked with me measured everything had pricing to me same day.... Needless to say after having one of those shop and home services come to my home we were very unsatisfied. Jason stepped up to the plate and earned our business very happy with the results our installer was also very professional and did great work would definitely work with them again.

This was my FIRST time and couldn't be more pleased. Carpets look new, my recliner is cleaned professionally and I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

I had used Mister Natural to clean my dryer vent in my former condo, so when I moved into my new home I put a call in to them to come clean my air ducts and dryer vent in the new place. Ryan and Marshall spent a couple hours at my new home and some of the things they found were shocking. There were markers and pencils in one of the air ducts and a plastic bag filled with clothes behind the dryer, a serious fire hazard! They were great about telling me what was going on and showing me all of the foulness going on in the vents. So gross, but absolutely necessary. I'm so glad I had them

I rarely write reviews, but if I experience really good or really bad customer service, I will go out of my way to do so.

My condo association booked two days of appointments with Mister Natural for mandatory dryer vent cleaning in May. At the time of service, I did not have any issues. The technicians were kind and prompt.

A little less than two months later, my dryer started to overheat, emitting a burning smell whenever it was used. After calling a technician (from another company) to come and check the dryer, assuming that the dryer was just on its' last leg, I was taken aback when

Mister Natural does something right in their training - every employee I've interacted with has been kind, friendly, and genuine. My condo association had their crew out to clean out dryer vents, and the service was prompt and courteous.

When I had an issue a couple weeks later with the dryer hose they had installed, I was dreading calling and complaining, since you never know what kind of response you'll get to a complaint. But they were great - asked a lot of questions on the phone to be sure they were prepared, sent the repair team out at my convenience, fixed the problem quickly

Mr Natural technicians, Ibrahaim and Jason were, professional, knowledgeable, punctual, efficient and hard working. I can not say enough good things about them and the service they provided after my daughters condo flooded.
I would recommend this company and these great technicians.

We were using their services since many years and now we had bad experience and it's not delivered they promised. Owner promised to come with camera but never showed up. I feel guys cheated and did not clean what they were saying and of course when asked they said they opened the vent and cleaned but Complete liars. I will not recommend them and will notify all my family and friends to be more careful and if possible hire someone else.
