We use them for window cleaning and Christmas lights. This year has been extremely windy and our lights had had to be reset numerous times. Their customer service is amazing. They come so quickly and even on holidays, which is not expected. You can't go wrong with this company and we will continue to use them in the future.

I am so happy we tried Itasca Window Cleaning. Our windows hadn't been cleaned in at least a year. The garage windows were especially grimy. After we received a free quote and set up an appointment, a team came out to clean the windows. They removed the screens and cleaned them, plus did a great job on the windows (interior and exterior). Then they reinstalled all the screens correctly. (I won't have to worry about them blowing out of the windows like they did after a different company cleaned my windows/screens last year.) All the windows are totally clear, no streaks. Great job.

We had other work done to the house yearly but finally we were able to schedule . This company is prompt, professional, and thorough. They did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them! I reached out to Don, based on customer reviews speaking to a professional job and affordability. For the past 10 years, Roman Windows have provided me with exemplary service but are no longer serving my area. I provided Don with the specs for the job and he gave me an estimate--more than double what I have paid in the past and been quoted by other companies. When I enquired, he replied that he didn't do partial jobs and I should go with a "second tier" company if I wanted less than a "proper" cleaning. I reached out to Don at Itasca Window Cleaning after getting what a thought was too high of a quote for all the work we needed done on our windows.
Don was very prompt to respond to my inquiry and he did it with professionalism and humor. Eager to take on new business (as any small business man should be) he came out later that day to see what needed to be done. After he spoke with the boss of the house he had a rock bottom unbeatable quote and we settled on a date after a few more hilarious e-mails. I decided that my windows needed to be cleaned (yes, in January!) and looked to Yelp for some options. I noticed the great reviews and comments about Don and Itasca Window Cleaning, so I gave him a call. He was able to come out to do an estimate later that same day (I felt the estimate was very fair although I have to say I didn't shop around), and the windows were cleaned the following day. I am very happy with the work and the great customer service! I will definitely call them again.

Don and his friendly crew have been cleaning our windows for many years. His team is always on time, amazingly efficient and very careful with walls, floors and items they need to move. Our home is nearly 50 years old, and we still have the original windows and storm windows. Don does more than clean the glass....by the time he leaves the storm windows hang straighter and rattle less! I wholeheartedly recommend Itasca Window Cleaning!
