My aunt reached out to We Help for a last minute move to Dayton and had a great experience from start to finish. We took a lot of the smaller items, so they mostly moved the furniture and larger boxes. Marlon and Lowell wrapped all of the furniture with blankets and took great care of all of her items. They were polite, professional, and hard working. What we thought would be a very long, stressful day actually ended up bearable! I definitely recommend We Help to anyone moving in the Cincinnati or Dayton areas.

Worst movers probably ever! I had a small move under 20boxes a queen bed and mattress set and a living room couch. When I made the appointment I was told it shouldn't take more than 2hours. When the movers showed up they even agreed that it would be done in way less time. So I was super happy. It took them an hour to load up the truck. I won't hold traffic against them. Because that is in no ones control. Then it took another 90mins to unload truck, because one of the movers didn't know how to unload the couch into my new place so he had to call his boss for help! I called this company to obtain a quote for my move along with a few others. Every company I called personally came to my home to give me a quote with the exception of this one. At first I thought it was strange but the individual I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable and professional. The quote was reasonable and much cheaper than the others so I decided to book them. I quickly learned you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this company if you want a smooth move, care about your personal belongings and want to be quickly functioning in your new home. After a major snowstorm last night that hit Cincinnati, I called to reschedule my movers who were supposed to move my storage tomorrow. I live out of town and based on this, explained I need to come back in March or April and I would reschedule the date right now so there were no worries. The woman told me she talked to the owner and they were still going to charge me a $50 deposit fee even though I was willing to provide a date of rescheduling. Under the circumstances, since Cincinnati was dumped with so much snow today and there are winter storm warnings everywhere, I can't understand

Overall they did a pretty decent job. They were very late in their arrival. I was told they would beat my place at 8 am, I didn't receive a call from them until 9:45 saying they were running late and that they would be there between 11-12. They called again at 11:30 saying the movers were 30 minutes away, and they finally arrived at 12:30. They said I misunderstood the quoted arrival time and that they meant to say they would arrive sometime between 8-12, even if that is true, they still missed a 4 hour window and when you are moving, wasted time adds up.

2+ years (and 200+ unquestioned reviews) after detailing my experience with 4WeHelp, this company has the gall to respond with these scathing accusations. They state that I used a false name and address when making my request, insinuating that I was trying to 'scam' them. This is the most egregious attempt at damage control that I have ever seen from a company.
I was actually just shocked to find out that they are still in business. Interestingly, I shared this story with friends over the weekend and heard similar remarks from everyone at the table. The consensus seems clear... 4WeHelp

We needed help loading our rental truck. These guys were fantastic!
They arrived on the early side of their window (8:30am when we were given 8-12 arrival window) and worked efficiently. Not only was their heavy lifting very much appreciated but they were great about how to load up the truck efficiently. If my husband and I had done this job ourselves with a few buddies, we definitely would not have fit everything in or figured out an arrangement that limited potential damage.

I did my move in 2 phases, and I was very pleased both times! Absolutely amazing how much 2 guys and the small truck option can accomplish. I had 2 different individuals each time, and the service across the 4 guys was consistent - on-time, professional, moved very fast, and courteous - asked me where I wanted certain items, helped me move some things around to put a rug down first, careful with my walls and doors, etc. They were transparent on pricing from the get-go - deposit, distance fee, hourly rate, and estimate time. Came in under budget actually. I recommend to anyone

These guys were fast and worked hard the whole time. That day we only had some misc. items and a bedroom set to move. The problem was they dented my bed frame and scratched the dresser and night stands by placing boxes on top. When I filed a claim for repairs it was denied. The reasons were: Customer states that much of the damage was done by the placement of boxes the customer had provided, The customer provided the truck and moving blankets. As we provided labor only, the items were not in our custody for the entire move and we were not responsible for insuring adequate materials to protect

We moved back in July. We were just moving a few blocks, but the terrible thing is you STILL have to pack and move everything, no matter how far you go. We had some issues with our closing being delayed, so the whole thing was even more stressful that it normally would have been. I wanted to get movers because I thought my husband had been moving things for days, and I didn't want him to move the really heavy stuff by himself, or rope our friends into doing that.

I recently moved from a third floor walk-up apartment to a house. I hired 4WeHelp Movers to move my big furniture. The two young men who moved me were very nice and helpful. I checked out 4WeHelp moving company's website and called them to get a quote for a move. The man I spoke to was very pleasant, efficient yet very thorough, and professional. What I liked was their emphasis on being green movers, not having an additional fuel or mileage charge (just a flat fee per hour), and their informative and engaging website. On the website they have their own moving tips blog and some info about Cincinnati that I found helpful even after living here for over 2 years. Bonus deal: they even offer a special if you mention you saw them on Yelp!
