Betina and her crew are awesome. They coordinate with calendar updates, are organized and do an excellent job. We have three little kids, so finger prints and sticky messes are a constant issue, after BTS comes through, our house looks like a vacation home that people rarely visit, it is SOOO clean. I would highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone who is looking for someone to do a thorough job.

Made a call to get my condo cleaned. Woman who answered the phone was very snippy and short with me. Huffing and puffing and breathing heavy in the phone. Just made me feel like I was bothering her. Asked her to come out to give me an estimate said she could possibly come out on a Friday. I asked her if she could give me a round about price for a 3 bedroom condo. She told me that she suggests I call someone else if I want an estimate. So that’s what I did!!! I was just curious I wasn’t expecting her to give me an exact price because she was possibly coming on Friday those were her words. She

BTS Cleaning is highly professional. Easy to work with and willing to tackle even the most challenging of cleanups and cleanings. They came highly recommended to me and completely lived up to their reputation. I used them to clean my elderly father’s apartment while he was away and they did an excellent job. I trusted them and was not even present during the cleaning but was able to inspect after the cleaning. Fair prices. Great service. Could not recommend higher. Would definitely use again.

This is our 6th summer with our property. BTS has been our service since the start. Our tenants have been satisfied . If there is an issue , Bettina will address it promptly . Bettina and BTS Cleaning Service was recommended by my neighbor. And we are extremely happy. We had them do a Spring Cleaning and the condo when completed was spotless. When we walked in after they were completed we could not believe our eyes as to how clean the condo is. The windows were the cleanest they have ever been. The kitchen cabinets were clean, bright and no grease on them. We also are having them do our turnover cleaning this rental season.
