Advanced Degree Carpet Cleaning provides a range of services for both residential and commercial customers, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and wood floor cleaning. When providing these services, we do everything necessary to elevate everything we clean to its best possible condition.
Our objective is to elevate everything we clean to its best possible appearance. To do this, we use the most intense, thorough cleaning processes in the industry and deliver them with our IICRC industry-certified technicians. Our highly trained technicians understand the science of cleaning - not just the physical processes.
Conduct a pre-cleaning walk through with you to understand your objectives, concerns and expectations. Evaluate the state of the upholstery, establish likely results and agree on pricing (this step can be done separately as an estimate or on the day of cleaning). Apply an upholstery-specific emulsifier to dissolve the oils binding the soil to the fabric and give it an appropriate time to act.
Advanced Degree Carpet Cleaning also cleans ceramic, stone and vinyl tile. As with all our services, we take the time to do the job right so that your floors are bright and refreshed and you are thrilled with your home. When I tell you they went above and beyond to help me I am not kidding! I tried to do something nice and clean a decent sized rug for my mom myself...never again. This rug has been through the ringer between power washing, being left out to dry, and then being rained on, dragged through the dirt, I mean the list truly goes on and on. Advanced Degree Carpet Cleaning could not have impressed me more. Alas, we spilled most of a bottle of red wine on our off-white carpet. Oh my! We tried to blot it up but the stain remained. The company from which we had originally purchased the carpet years ago recommended Advanced Degree Carpet Cleaning. And are we glad they did! Advanced degree sent out a very qualified and pleasant technician, who not only was able to get rid of the wine stain, but was also able to clean out years of grime that had accumulated on our carpet. We recently had our foyer painted and it looked immaculate, the only issue was the dull drab carpet on the stairs of our 15 year old house. The carpet took away from the beautiful two story freshly painted entry.
Advanced Degree rejuvenated our carpeted stairs and carpet throughout our second floor. They look almost as good as when we build our home 15 years ago! Our carpet has had a tough life: three cats, one dog and raising three children.
100% gone are any "mementos" that the kids, cats, and dog left on the carpet.

What a great experience working with this company! Everyone I spoke with, from getting the original quote to completing the service, was super friendly and accommodating. 5 stars is not always about a great job done the first time. While the bedrooms came out great, the wetness in the stair wells left an odor. With my uncommon carpet, the team had to return a couple of more times, but Mike was great to work with, made me feel like a valued customer (I hired them once before), communicated quickly and thoroughly, and genuinely wanted my satisfaction. I will hire them again for our next carpet cleaning, too!
