I strongly urge you to reconsider spending money here, especially if you’re going to the service department. My service advisor, Nathan, quoted me $309 for a battery replacement although my battery was under an 84-month warranty that Metro Nissan refused to honor. I even had the receipt showing where I purchased the battery at another Nissan dealership.
I pointed out a price discrepancy ($159.99 for the battery, but $309 total?) to the cashier and she told me that they charge an hour of labor to install the battery @$149.99??? This was the absolute worst customer experience that I have ever

I recently brought my car in with a dead battery and it was close to closing time. Antonio was quick to help and get a plan in a place for my car. He went above and beyond to help me and I couldn’t be more grateful! Usually my husband deals with the Nissan car but he was working late one day and I needed and oil change. I went and they did an amazing job. I booked a last minute appointment and they managed to squeeze me in. I had an alert pop up in my dashboard and when I called them back as soon as I left they told me to come right back. It was right before closing too so I was happy I didn’t have to come back the next day.

We were in Dallas on business and needed an oil change. We made an appointment at Metro Nissan with Jared. We arrived at the appointment time and Jared was there to greet us. He did a quick inspection and pointed out we were 1,000 miles from a brake flush. We agreed on the brake flush. While they were doing the maintenance work he informed us about a software update that was needed. It was done at no charge. All the work was completed in a timely manner and the whole experience was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend Metro Nissan to anyone.

I’ve had such an amazing experience with this dealership. They helped me trade in my car for a beautiful Honda Accord. The trade in was so smooth AND they brought the car to me!!! I honestly recommend buying a car from here. Ed and Billy helped me along the way and made the process so simple. I couldn’t have asked for any better service!
