Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Waterline replaced our 210 linear feet of seawall for our condo association. I am the President of the association. I could not be more pleased! The quality of their work, they did everything they stated they would do and the finished product exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend them!!

Waterline has done a great job for us twice, adding on a lager dock, lift and roof back in 2003, and again a couple of years ago changing out all of the surface wood boards to composite boards. Now, no maintenance!
Everything is still solid, since 2003, which is 14 years! Pat and his staff are all terrific!!

I've been using Waterline Construction for over 15 years and have found them to be reputable company that stand behind their work. Their prices have been competitive but what's been most important to me is there commitment to stand behind their work well after they've been paid. As I understand Waterline has grown, acquired competitors and built a company that is in high demand. They aren't the best at following up on phone calls but with some patience they've treated me very fairly. I give them 5 stars because they're who I'd call first when I needed help.

Waterline recently completed our new residential dock and I could not be more pleased with the results. We are just finishing completion of a new residential home at the site as well, so I have been dealing with countless subcontractors, and I can say without a doubt that Waterline has been a pleasure to deal with. Pat Hecker is very professional and experienced and offered great insight into the design that I had personally developed. He improved it while keeping my intentions and needs in mind. But that is really just the beginning. The construction crew led by Stiles was phenomenal. They take

Waterline installed a boat lift for me in 2007. Now that the I-beam has collapsed and cost me a lot of money to fix (by someone other than them), I have found out that the electrician they referred me to intentionally did not pull a permit. Waterline did pull a permit, and asked the City of Treasure Island to "fiinal" their own permit, the City of Treasure Island told them they could not do that because no electric permit was ever pulled. Bottom line, the entire job has an open, unapproved permit, five years after it was completed. Rick's response at Waterline, why are you causing all these problems

Waterline Construction has a poor product and horrible service. Don't make my mistake and lose tons of money dealing with Waterline Construction. The company takes way too many shortcuts and does sloppy work. There are way too many problems with my dock and gazebo to list. The owner has been promising to fix them for nearly a year, and at this point will not return my phone calls or emails. Per Mr. Hecker, the owner, he needs help and is looking for someone to buy half of the company. In the meantime he is leaving me high and dry with an uneven dock, 23 messed up deck boards, support beams for

Waterline Construction recently completed designing and building a new residential dock for us and the finished product is not only beautiful, but has exceeded our expectations in quality and functionality. This project was the first step in renovaton of our new, older home...with an equally dated and rotting existing dock. We wanted to build a custom dock that would allow us to kayak, boat, fish and entertain for years to come, with particular consideration for ease of access and use. We met with several companies, discussed vaious designs ad obtained four different bids. We then did our research
