Justin and Mark did a great job, even fixed the window that my husband broke trying to clear the Area for their anticipated arrival, the day before. After having two companies come out to fix our sliding glass doors unsuccessfully, we found Douglas Manufacturing. They came out and assessed the situation that required a replacement part, but we didn’t know… who the manufacturer of the doors was. Katherine in the office called me a few weeks later to tell me she had figured it out, and they had placed an order for the replacement.

Mark and Justin just came out and measured our windows for an estimate and I am already so impressed! They were personable, respectful, and so knowledgeable! They had great ideas on how to replace our windows so it would look great and be cost effective. They also gave us quotes that were a fraction of the cost that another company gave us yesterday. I live in a townhouse, and have 4 sliding glass doors and no other windows. I had no luck buying sliding screen doors from Home Depot, and adjusting them properly. Douglas Manufacturing was my Godsend! They were courteous, honest, prompt AND charged me less than the original quote! I can finally open all sliding screens without them falling off the track. These are good, caring people .
