If they run this pest control service the way they do the disposal service, you will not receive any customer service or communication. I recently canceled my disposal service with them after never receiving any communication on changes in service. I found out that my pick up was changing from twice a week to once a week from neighbors. Also found out from neighbors they would not be picking up garbage for two weeks after a catastrophic weather/ power outage event where everyone was dealing with food spoilage. No communication and no attempts to make up for the lost service--just because their
