Been using this place for a yr since I moved into my new house and after that time, im still killing unwanted critters that was suppose to be taking care like this company is feeding them instead of killing them. Plus, I still have spiders outside and all around my house. I have been given this company my money for nothing and the problems is still here. I might even take legal action, since I paid for a service for a yr and still have the problem. I would not recommend this company to no one, very bad experience and not fulfilled on the promise made of insect termination.

We have been using Pro Defence now for approx 5 months. They have a pest guarantee whihc is top notch and they follow it to a T. We get sprayed for scorpions etc quaterly and as per normal, sometimes a few pop up post treatment. We have many factors here that contribute to elevated scorpion activity and 100% control is next to impossible but whenever we have called to get a free redo based on their guarantee, they come asap, they do a 100% re-treatment and also an inspection and give tips on how to control any outbreaks that may occur. We purchased our home a year ago and wanted to do a routine termite inspection. Kaitlyn helped me over the phone and was friendly and professional in setting up an appointment. These guys came door-to-door with strong sales tactics, offered a big discount on what their normal price was, but only if we signed a year-long contract. I insisted we wanted to do a one-time service to see if we liked them first, which got a lot of pushback. We had a bunch of wasp nests and ants after having just moved into a rental. They said they would be by that evening before a certain time (we were going out to dinner and they insisted they could fit us in before we needed to leave). They were super late and we didn't want to lose our reservation, so we left. They completed the outdoor service

Terrible experience. Multiple times via email we were told a technician came by and we declined services Which we never did! No one ever came by. We took off work 3 separate times so someone would be home for them to spray and each time no one came by. Excuse every time was “the technician said you wanted to reschedule” or “the technician said you declined service”. How is this possible when no one ever came by? Got the liquid and station treatments done with Pro Defense at reasonable price. Sean was on time (30 min text reminder was helpful) and provided friendly service. Somehow, the concrete drill was required for the job, but he did not have it at first appointment. So, we had to schedule another appointment the week later. The prompt communication to/from main office can be improved. Will keep monitoring the tunnel and activities for next few months
