Our 20 year old Lennox system needed replacing and the compressor was not functioning correctly. I telephoned Bastrop Air and Heating after hours and received a call early the next morning. A technician arrived at our home withing 30 minutes, checked the compressor which was not functioning and took information to offer a bid for replacement of the HVAC system. The bid was reasonable and within less than 24 hours they arrived and removed old system and installed new Lennox HVAC. Professional, friendly and more than capable of providing customer friendly prices and work. They have won my business

I called them up today and at first they said the soonest would be tomorrow but one of his workers, Greg, called me back soon after saying he could be on his way. It was so fast and responsive! He replaced the compressor component and it wasn't an arm and leg to fix. He was honest and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Early Tuesday morning my furnace broke during the freezing weather last week in Bastrop and I had no heat. I left message with Bastrop A/C asking for someone to call as soon as possible about this. C.J. called me and said he'd get here as soon as he could safely do so because of the weather conditions. He talked with my son and was assured I had a place to stay until the furnace was fixed. He found the fan was broke; he had no part in his van; left to see if he had one in the shop. He called back to tell me he didn't and the warehouse he gets parts from was closed. He kept me informed after that

A/C went out overnight thought I would have to wait 24hrs to get a tech over to our home. That was not the case when I called Bastrop Air Conditioning & Heating. After just 2 hours I had my A/C back up and running. They have always been very professional with a quick response and reasonable cost. Thank you for serving our community. Highly recommend.

Today I went into a store to get bread. There was a gentleman in the store who was very close to m not wearing a mask. I asked him where his mask was and he replied by pointing to his truck. I said that's not doing you or me any good. He said (very sarcastically) "well you've got yours" I would NEVER use this business purely based on this experience.

I had an urgent commercial refrigeration repair issue, and Bastrop Air was the first to respond. They were kind and courteous to my staff, and they were able to fix my prep fridge quickly and for a very fair price. They also came back to my business a few days later to make sure everything was running properly. I would absolutely use Bastrop Air's services again for my business and home.

The technician presented himself and a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Furthermore he failed to inform me or obtain my permission before performing a coolant tank refill which increased my bill by over $400. Instead of waiting for me to call the owner to get permission to remove the coolant he added, the technician got an attitide and said he was leaving and then took off leaving the collant in the tank.
The business owner tried to bully me into paying a bill that was $495 for this poor service, when his original estimate was only $75, and defended the attitude that the technician
