Great Customer service. Called the office b/c of a sewer line issue at my house. The owner called me back and was very thorough in describing what needed to be done. Scheduled a video inspection 2 days later.

Joel and Brandon are amazing! They have come out for repairs on our building a few times and are always kind, polite, efficient, and on time. This time, they came out to repair a line at our building and went above and beyond what they were called out to do.
They fixed the line and identified a massive leak in an external pipe that we now believe has been causing our excessively high water bills. We have been dealing with the water bill for over a year. We've had multiple plumbers and Sewage & Water Board supervisors come out numerous times, and none of them identified the leak.

I had a leak in my line near my water meter. I called the office and they had someone out the same day. They found the leak and repaired it right away. The workers were on time and had good communication throughout the entire process. I was also pleased with the pricing.

I can not say enough good things about the Bertucci Bros Plumbing. First, the office personal are so personable and friendly. They found me to first appointment available and got me booked! Then the guys show up, Brandon and Joel. They were great! Went above and beyond to find where the water was coming from and why. Once the culprit was found, they had the leak taken care of in a very timely manner.
I do and will recommend the Bertucci Bros to anyone that ask for plumbing!

Booked an appointment for a faucet repair. Guy shows up 30 minutes past the appointment time. Takes him one full hour to complete the work. No complaints about work or professionalism of the plumber.
Get a bill and the company has charged me for 1 and a half hour of labor. I call to inquire about the basis of labor charges and present them the clock in and clock out time. Their phone attendant starts ranting and yelling at me and justifying that they are the most economical plumbing company in New Orleans without explaining the charges and then hangs up on me.
I guess it is a sin to even ask

Extremely satisfied customer after Bertucci Brothers came through and cleared my sewer lines. My son flushed some of his toy cars down the toilet. I tried my best to clear it and couldn’t seem to clear it. When I saw water starting to back up in the tubs and toilets, I knew needed a professional plumber. I called Bertucci Bros and told them what happened. They were able to get one of their plumbers, Joel, to my house in less than 24 hours! I was in desperate shape. I called a few different plumbers and no one seemed to understand how urgent I needed my drains unclogged!!
