I would like to recommend you NOT to use this business. Not only unprofessional but also indecent. These guys did resanding and refinishing of our wood floors as well as put wood floor in MB instead of carpeting. They were referred to us by our real estate agent. We bought our house unseen being in another state (we are military) and moved to Virginia with our 5 week old baby. Unfortunately had no time to shop around so we got what we got. And here what it was.
1. By sanding floors they DAMAGED it and made look wavy. It's either their machine or inconsistent movements lead to it. It is hard

Our hardwood floors were a mess, full of stains we found when we removed the wall-to-wall carpets. After researching several floor companies we settled on Noe Ark Floors with Noe Villanueva. Their estimate was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but I liked the reviews I'd read, and he came in person to measure and explain what they could and could not do. I am VERY happy with the results. I asked for "matt" not "shiny" finish and that's what they did. All the stains are GONE. All the missing quarter rounds were replaced. They were very careful with my curtains

I hired Noe Ark to refinish my wood floors. Noe responded to my online inquiry quickly. He came out within a day and his price was very competitive. His team started within a week and was done in 3 days. Top quality workmanship and they fixed several damaged boards. Floors look great. I strongly recommend.

I hired Noe Ark Floors to install new iron balusters, install/stain woods steps, and sand/stain existing handrails. They did an outstanding job. All flooring specialists are professional- they cleaned the job site daily and did a great job with dust control. I contacted Noe through the Yelp platform and he responded immediately. He asked intelligent questions about what needed to be done and was one of the few floor companies to give me a hard number for my project. He came out to my new place and answered all my newbie homeowner questions. I wasn't sure what precisely the scope of the job should be, so Noe kindly wrote up two quotes based on whether we wanted to get the whole house done or just the downstairs where the floors were worst.

I had several bids to refinish my hard wood floors and renovate my home for sale. Noe and his crew did an excellent job. The floors were finished to perfection and on top of that he came in on budget, finished the work sooner than expected and everything was of high quality work. He did drywall painting , replaced doors, shower doors etc. You name it. My wife and I were extremely satisfied.
