Had to replace 2 toilets. Price seemed high but we researched and it was actually in line with other companies we contacted. Went with Reese because we liked the reviews we saw. They were prompt, honest and resolved other issues that were uncovered during their work without price gouging. Asked them to come back for other work already, and have recommended them to family and friends.

I've used many different plumbers in the area and now will never look elsewhere, Reese Plumbing is amazing! Jeremy's communication, timeliness, cleanliness, and pricing were all top notch. Massimo did a great job and explained everything he was going to do. Showed me where the potential bathtub leak was and fixed it right the first time. No monkey business, just good work and no excuses. A bit pricey, but I rather pay more for a great job than less for a poor job. Would call them again if I needed more plumbing jobs.

I had a gas leak and the gas company shut off my gas, I called Jeremy and he came out immediately and not only fixed the leak, but put in a new water heater for me and was very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend him to anybody who wants an honest and reliable plumber.

We've had Reese plumbing out for two different projects and were pleased with their work. Their plumbers were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and got the jobs done well. Appointment scheduling was easy and we have recommended them to several friends since.

My main water line broke to the house. Jeremy and his great crew thoroughly inspected the soaked yard and gave me options for repairs. They were on it right away. We chose to abandon the old plastic line and install new pipe. He carefully moved bushes and plants to temporarily dig and then put everything back in place when piping was done. They made sure things were done right. They gave me a temporary water line while the work was in progress which meant EVERYTHING if you have ever been without water! Thanks Jeremy.

Jeremy Reese plumbing repiped my house and I think the job took longer than he anticipated as it was to be one day of repiping and it ended up to almost two days. He stuck to his original bid, even when my husband brought up the fact it was a longer job than we were quoted. Everything is working well and repiping is a nightmare, but it went as well as one could expect.

Bad news..good news.
The bad news was that our downstairs tenants reported a water leak significant enough to wet the hallway carpet.

I called Reese Plumbing this morning for help when I noticed water flowing out of the sewer cleanout in my driveway. Jeremy answered his phone and told me that he'd pack up his truck with the required tools and head over. 30 minutes later he was there and fixing the problem. MUST CALL if you have a plumbing issue. I highly recommend calling a REAL PLUMBER for any plumbing job because the risks of leaks or costly repairs if you do it yourself can cost you big time.

Reese came to my rescue when a handyman botched a simple job in my shower. A valve needed replacing because the hot water would not work. I just moved into a rental unit and had many other things to do so I decided to call a plumber/handyman. The person I called hacked up my shower and caused an additional $300 in damage.

I don't know, maybe don't advertise that you're available 24/7 for emergencies if 1) you're not going to answer your phone at 830am on a Sunday morning, and 2) aren't going to return a phone call when someone leaves you a voicemail.

Maybe just put "closed on Sundays" on your website and don't waste people's time.

Reese responded to my call to repair a patio gasoline leak. They wanted $265 for a two connection repair. I dug out the line and could not repair it with the tools I own. I asked them to come back to help me and. Ever got a call back. Next!

Jeremy is awesome! We had a pin hole leak in our home last year. He came out and took time to figure out where the leak was coming from so he didn't damage large areas of our drywall. He found the leak on his first try and fixed it.

Recently, we needed a few repairs done and he came out right away and fixed them perfectly. He's an honest guy at an honest price. We would use his service anytime we had a plumbing issue.

Reese Plumbing has been incredibly quick to respond. They are very thorough and take the time to show/explain to you what was done, why and what you may expect in the future (important as our home was built in 1955).
