I met Terry while he was on his lunch break and I asked if he could solder a fitting to a pipe for my bathroom project. He dropped what he was doing and insisted that he could help me out in that moment. He was very nice, professional and did a great job. We will call Terry for all future plumbing needs.

The 1st company that came out to unplug our master bath toilet drain told my husband & me that not only was our drain clogged, but tree roots were now invading our pipe & but broke it in 2 places. They quoted us $2000 up to $8000 depending on whether we just wanted the drain cleared or have the drain relined with epoxy. Very high pressure to do the process immediately. ??? We decided we wanted a 2nd opinion. TERRY was our 2nd opinion. He came out & did the same video process & low and behold...no break in the drain pipe. The tree roots were invading but at the top of the drain where there was a

Terry helped me replace a couple of cast iron soil stacks (one of which was completely toast and badly leaking) with pvc at a very reasonable price. Other places I had called were quite busy, but Terry made time to take care of my issue within a day's notice, and he's a very personable guy to boot. Thanks again Terry!

We had Terry over for a major plumbing repair at our home. He arrived when he said he was going to be here, gave me options and educated me with what he thought was best. After he completed his repair he cleaned up very nicely and stuck to the price we agreed on. Very happy with Blue water plumbing , we will continue to use Terry from here on out.

We are very pleased with the work that Terry completed. We had some really tricky work with one of the sinks in our master bathroom and then he corrected some issues with our kitchen sink. Terry was communicative the whole process, patiently explaining the nuances of the job, and he was always professional and kind. We moved to Mission Viejo two years ago, and we have been looking for a dependable plumber, and we have definitely found that with Terry and Bluewater Plumbing.
