Shame on me for falling behind on several of my Yelp reviews and for letting so much time elapsed since Giovanni from HHS Plumbing came over our house, back on September 3rd, 2021. I have used HHS Plumbing multiple times ever since finding them on Yelp. Faucet replacements and each year he cleans out my dual tankless water heaters.

In a few words.....don't hesitate calling them. Spectacular quick, friendly, honest and so freely willing to answer questions. It is rare in our world today that someone is so willing to help sight unseen.

Really wonderful family owned plumbing company! I messaged HHS plumbing to ask for a quote and received a very quick response with a fair and reasonable bid. We made an appointment and on the day of Giovanni showed up during that window and ready to work. He was very easy to communicate with. He also wore a mask the whole time and took off his shoes before coming inside. We discussed all of the options and costs upfront so there were no surprises at all. I was so impressed and satisfied with the work.

My husband, Norman, and I have had HHS plumbing come to our home for different projects over the past few years. We've always felt that the pricing has been fair and the work has been top notch! Giovanni, the owner, is very respectful of our home. He wears booties over his shoes and cleans up after the work is done. Excellent service, entirely consistent with the other Yelper reviews on here. Giovanni (the owner/plumber) was always quick to respond, available anytime, and went above and beyond to ensure perfect work. He clearly has a great knowledge of all things plumbing as well - he helped me troubleshoot a few issues along the way and assisted in researching some products I was looking for (again - going above and beyond!). He installed a new faucet setup in my kitchen and did some additional work around the house. Price was completely reasonable. Highly recommended.

The first time, we had a clog in our rental unit that was causing the kitchen sink to fill up when the residents used the shower (???). Giovanni came out very quickly, cleared the clog, and cleaned the area better than it was when he started. He also went above and beyond, replacing pipes under the sink that were a bit leaky using better materials. I insisted that he charge us for the extra work (after all finding a leak and fixing it early saves a lot in the long run), but he didn't charge us a penny more than what

They came and replaced a kitchen faucet and their work was clean, efficient and very well priced. Similar competitors quoted me much much higher.

Giovanni arrived promptly and performed the needed repairs quickly and professionally, at a price that was exceptional.
Giovanni is everything one could want in a plumber: he's knowledgeable and polite as well as seeming to be a great guy.

We got a leaking faucet this past weekend so we called several local plumbers for repair. All told us to wait another week or two weeks after the Thanksgiving! We called HHS and Giovanni showed up at 8am the NEXT DAY!!! He gave us all the options to fix it and suggested the best possible solution. We bought the new faucet and Giovanni replaced it in less than half an hour the next day. He even gave us the discount as first time customer on top of his reasonable service charge! We'll certainly be using HHS Plumbing for all of our service in the future.
