My shower drain was backed up, so I called Emergency Response Plumbers. Richard came to resolve the issue and did an outstanding job. As a single female homeowner, I sometimes feel nervous inviting strangers into my home, but Richard’s demeanor made me feel very comfortable. He was friendly, professional, and fixed the drain quickly while explaining how I can prevent similar problems in the future. I’m very happy with my experience!

We hired this company to do the job. The came in they charged us close to $800 to fix the water heater by replacing parts. At the end of the day the water heater did not work and they collected money and we still have cold water. They are unprofessional. Stay way

I have to tell you that Chris is a very nice and helpful person. Much different from most plumbers that come around. He seems to really truly care about his customers. He showed up the same day when I called him in the am. A little tiny glitch with the appt time; however, he gave me his word he would come between 1-3 and he was there @ 1:00. It is so refreshing to have a nice reliable plumber. I will sing his praises. I wish I had found him about a decade ago. If you have plumbing needs, he is the guy to go to. So Satisfied.

I’m so glad ERP are working in my home town!! My parents are over an hour away and I’m always a little nervous when they call a plumber or need work done at their house!!

Came home late to a major water leak outside the house near the water main cutoff. I was able to shut off the water, then called ERP and scheduled an appointment for them to come the next morning. They arrived promptly at the stated time, and got right to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. The work was top notch and we were back in business roughly 3 hours later. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

5 stars isn't enough for Chris and his awesome team!!!
In the past month,I have needed the service of Emergency Response Plumbers twice, once at our business location and the other at our personal residence. While that would normally be a nightmare in itself, I am pleased to say that both situations were handled quickly and efficiently, thanks to Chris and his hard-working crew!
At our business location, we were hosting a large event and had a couple hundred people in attendance at the time,when the ladies room toilet became clogged. I called ERP around 7pm and by 8pm, the problem was fixed completely
