Receptionist was great and friendly, she was able to get Rick and Eddie to swing by in less than an hour and gave me an idea of what it would cost me which was awesome, I knew up front they weren't gonna try to up-sell me. They had the clog in our toilet fixed within 30 minutes and charged what they said they would which was super fair. I will absolutely use them again for any future issues and I recommend highly. Had a leak and tried to fix it myself, after wasting a half a Saturday realized it was over my head and would have to call a professional. Actually the plumber I usually call flaked out and I got the Plumbing Source as a a referral. Worked out well.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this experience was unreal. I called the main number and explained my situation to the receptionist, who was very kind. I explained that we just purchased a house with a pool and the POA informed us we needed to have an additional gas line installed to reach to our driveway due to the location of our propane tank - which hadn't been installed yet. This apparently was a common issue because all of the homes in our community are custom & the lot layouts are kind of odd. The receptionist said, "No problem! We are happy to help! Work up one morning with no hot water coming into the kitchen ? Called Plumbing Source, Rick came to the house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it (faucet was clogged from hard water deposits). He also checked our hot water heater and suggested that we have it cleaned out as mineral deposits were collecting because of our hard water, and that's was caused the problem in the kitchen faucet. . . . . made a second appt. Rick came back and cleaned the hot water heater out. Customer service is top notch, Rick is very knowledgeable which made the diagnosis quick and inexpensive. Thank you

After doing a kitchen remodel, I needed to connect and install a brand-new dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a new faucet and re-pipe everything under the new kitchen sink. I thought it would be easy to just go to Home Depot and do it myself..... I am glad I listened to my wife and I called Rick at The Plumbing Source. Rick is very friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are the real deal. Hot water heaters go out on their own schedule and not always at a convenient time, but when you need one you need it ASAP. Unfortunately some plumbers either try to rip you off, or can't come out for days, or never call you back.
Rick was out the same day, he was friendly and helpful, and he didn't try to rip me off by trying to sell me stuff I dont need.
Shannon in the office was great too! She returned my call in moments and had me scheduled for service that same night.

Rick came by gave us a fair estimate for his work. He let us know what we could do as a long term fix as well as a shorter term fix. No pressure on the decision we called him later that night and he got us a great price on a consumer reports best product for less than the price listed on line or from consumers report. He came out the following day on time did a great job and made sure we are happy with the job. Great guy give them a shot. Very down to earth and ready to help with what you want to do not up selling on a bigger project or something you do not really need.
