Inviting a stranger into your house is always a concern. Spencer has helped us on several occasions and has been great. Anytime we need his services I have total trust him being at my house while not one is there and I am at work. He is very sincere, personal, and always asks about how my kids are doing and remembers other details like that.

Spencer is professional, he came to our house give a quote for a new heater installation. He showed up the next day morning on time, skillfully took away the old water heater, replaced with a new one, patiently answered our questions, explained everything that had to be explained. When faced with a slab leak, our restoration company called in the plumbing services of Spencer Large, of Large Plumbing. He did excellent work related to the leak. Spencer from Large Plumbing came to my house in late January because I was having problems with my Rheem tankless water heater. I would intermittently get ice cold water and an error 11 would show up on the unit. Spencer came by the house and proceed it call Rheem support, cleaned some connectors, checked vents and gas pressure. All of this work took no more than 20 minutes. The problem is not as bad as before his visit, and the cold water issue is not as frequent. So whatever he did worked to a certain degree but the problem was not fixed completely. We still get cold water from time to time.

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

So here we are hunkered down at home during a pandemic and our hot water goes out. I called Spencer at the end of the day thinking I probably wouldn't hear from him until the following day. To my relief he texted me that evening and said he'd be at my house first thing in the morning.He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, went out to get the part, and returned and promptly fixed our water heater. I am so glad to have Spencer's company to call for any plumbing issues. He's awesome!
