Wisdom Properties is an Atlanta remodeling company and home builder specializing in whole house remodeling, including kitchen basement and bathroom renovation. Whether clients ask us to build a new custom home or remodel their existing home, we have discovered a common thread among them: by living for years in a home, they have come to love and dislike certain features about their house.

Through a conceptual design process we work out the details and the resulting remodel or home improvement reflects a home our clients love to live in. The greatest compliment to us when we have completed a custom home or remodeling project is to hear: we love to live in our new home!

Mission Report

Wisdom Properties provides a professional service to each customer seeking Atlanta remodeling or home building, in an effort to make it a place they love to live. We treat every relationship in the process with the highest level of respect, starting with our employees and including each customer, all sub-contractors and all suppliers.

How We Work Report

As our mission statement states, we only contract work we can complete within the defined project schedule. We limit the number of home building or remodeling projects the firm undertakes at any given time. A project manager is assigned full-time to a project. We employ veteran project managers with at least 10 years of experience in the timely execution of high-quality residential construction.
