Took my CTS in for a scheduled oil change. 2.5 hours later the paper work said I need brakes which I just had done at another shop. Also claimed I had a transmission leak, fuel leak and brake leak and on top of that, suggested a fuel system cleaning and transmission fluid service along with some new spark plugs at 65,000 miles. Good God almighty. I went home and spent hours under and in the engine of my car. I couldn't find any leaks and certainly know I don't need brakes or spark plugs lol. I've always used other Caddy dealers up north for my services but this has destroyed my trust. Start using

I recently purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT6 from Erwin Gamble. I ve never had a salesman so caring and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. Schedule an appointment for 11 this morning for an oil change and muti point inspection. I was told it would be a 2-hour wait which I thought was too long, but it turned out to be 4. Anytime I bring my car here for service, I'm highly disappointed. My experience buying the car was awesome, but the service and parts department sucks. I am a very patient person, but this is just ridiculous.

While traveling through South Carolina my 2018 Cadillac Escalade needed a new battery and to be recalibrated. Afraid to shut my car off I pulled right into the service garage. A service advisor by the name of Travis Herring helped me. He was awesome!! After answering a few questions for him, he took care of everything!! Also, a tech by the name if Derrick was the best!!! I made an appointment to have my Cadillac’s oil pressure gauge repaired/ replaced. I arrive at appointed time 11:30 and tell my service advisor what was wrong and told him to change oil as well. He asked was I leaving car with him . I responded yes I will pick up after work. I arrive after work my advisor gone home for the day and another advisor tells me my car is not ready! In fact it has not been looked at yet! No phone call , no explanation, nothing. This is day one. Utterly useless to make an appointment.When Jim Hudson says Once you experience it , you will never forget it!!

Even 1 star is too much. I purchased a vehicle back in May and have yet to receive my vehicle title. I paid cash for my vehicle, they had no problem receiving my money. I've been calling this dealership for about 2 weeks now, no one answers in the Title Dept nor returns calls. I've called to speak to a manager or supervisor, no one answers nor call you back. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service. I will not purchase another vehicle nor recommend Jim Hudson Dealership to anyone in the future.
