Buyer beware! I hired Hillman Construction in June 2021 for a gut renovation of a tiny 800 sf home. This week, I was left with 2 options with Hillman: Walk away and lose a few thousand dollars that they are charging me for an unfinished, mismanaged project OR risk continuing with them at the cost of an additional $30,000 and possibly more.
