I had a family member that was moving from Broomfield to Los Angeles, and as I'm sure you can imagine, this was a stressful event for them. What a great experience!!! We were greeted by two wonderful guys first thing in the morning. After introducing themselves they got right to work. This move was huge for my parents as they were leaving their home after 52 years. The guys understood that. They took time during the move to listen to my fathers stories and even have a picture taken with my mom. We even heard them laughing with my parents. I don't know what I would have done without the help of Eden's moving. From start to finish, they were there for us and always so helpful. I called several other moving companies and Eden's Moving was the most affordable and they were nice and friendly on the phone. The movers showed up right on time and got my stuff packed up so quickly. We had a little bit of traffic but we still got to where I was going in just 5 hours! They even helped me unpack everything and put it all in the correct rooms.

Hire Edens if you don't care about your furniture or belongings! I have antique furniture and even the pieces marked for extra care were busted. Legs broken off dressers, hutch, and chairs. Boxes were mangled and torn. Took 21 days from pick up to deliver. Wish I could post photos. Cried twice during delivery because of all of the busted things. Now they want me to get two estimates for each piece but the antique value is lost with repairs. Rude customer service. Had a guy walk through for estimates. He missed two beds and two dressers so bill went up another $500.00 from bid.

Do not use this moving company! From the beginning when they entered my home and dropped their moving blankets on the floor, a cloud of dust went up to the ceiling. The blankets were filthy and the residue left on my furniture was pitch black. Our property arrived in AZ at the end of July and we did have damage. A breakable ceramic garden stool was packed without any protective packaging and a magazine rack was tossed on top of it in the same box also without packaging. Both were destroyed. This company treated my belongings like they were garbage and broke or marred most of my items. They also didn't send enough people to unload my items at the new location forcing us to help if we wanted the job finished. My complaint was ignored and it cost me over 20,000 in moving costs and replacement fees for the items that have been broken. I am only being offered 262.00 as restitution on my claim with there company. When I call to complain, I am told no one is available and my call is never returned. DON'T USE THEM..... I had a miserable moving experience from Denver to the Gulf area of Texas.
When the guys arrived Sep. 27, 2021, I pointed out everything that needed to be moved and also asked if they would move some heavy things to the trash and to outside of the door. Eden Moving Services was very good to work with. Dawn was straight forward and professional. She gave me three quotes for the items we moved from ABQ to Michigan (partial home move to a second house). The movers themselves (contracted by Eden) were professional, hard-working, and diligent. The reviews are accurate in that they arrive on time and work fast which in my case was part of the problem. Dawn was sweet and everything would be alright because they are family own but all other services appeared to hired outside of the family. The move was December 2020 from Colorado to California. As I said speed appeared to be part of the problem, about 50% of the furniture has some damage. There are scrapes, scratches and almost everything with wheels had wheels broken off. Absolute liars! They told us that, for our quote that it would be around 1/2 the price of the other quote I received from another company. Little did I know that they give you the actual price once everything is on the truck. The final price was approximately three times what we were quoted. We emphasized in the quoting process that our furniture is solid wood, VERY heavy, and we wanted movers that would move our belongings as if it was theirs. Horrible service and moving experience. I am a military brat, served in the military with over 40 years of moving and never had a moving experience as bad as this. Charged double then what was quoted. Disassembled and did not reassemble, scratched floors, broke items, and workers do not support company. I wish they had a rating for horrible. I moved from Kansas City, MO to Denver, CO. The movers showed up at 2pm and worked until 11:30pm for the loading and unloading. Items they packed (pictures) were broken when I unpacked them. Furniture arrived broken with pieces lost. two of the helpers just sat around on their phones. Picking up my belongings for a long-move was less than inspiring (January 25, 2020). Pablo, the driver made inappropriate and unacceptable comments after completion regarding a tip. I filed a complaint.

Literally the WORSE moving experience I think anyone could ask for. 1 they upped the price after the put everything on the truck, so they day of the move you will get squeezed for more money. 2 when you actually get your belongings, things will be missing AND any thing fragile like a TV or glass cups will all be broken. UPDATE #2: The company fixed our walls free of charge and we are in the process of filling a claim for the damages to our stuff.
