When I called I was able to talk to a real person and not a machine right away! The repair Tech. called me right back and when he was a short distance away. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the equipment and repairs needed. Was very respectful and professional. He held a good conversation the whole time. He explained the cost of repairs needed before any work was done! When it came to cost they were even offering to work with us on payment due to the weather this time of year! Over all GREAT company and AWSOME repair Tech!

Installed a new furnace 7 years ago. Serviced it on year 2 and several times since. Had to replace the circuit board this year. Unfortunately the part warrant was only for 5 years. Of course labor was never included in the warranty. At least the can get here in a reasonable amount of time. No fun when the furnace goes out in the sub zero weather. It negative was the tech saying they'd leave the ticket open since the furnace stopped acting up. He said that bill me when the had something to fix. The bill ended up in collections rather then calling me and letting me know. Oh well life goes on.

Pathetic. Centerpoint Energy wouldn't do a winter maintenance check on the boiler I bought from Phil because there was a recall on a wiring harness. I called Phil who said he was unaware of the recall. One week later I was told he still hadn't heard back from the company. I called the company myself & in 5 min. I got all the info. I relayed all the info. to Phil. Three weeks later & I still haven't heard from Phil.

I can't say enough good things about Phil's Heating and AC. The owner Phil and his staff is always got you covered when you need them. I started Using Phil's Heating and AC about 25 to 30 years ago. Not once has he ever left me stranded.
I totally trust Phil's opinion and I wouldn't question it. He is the only person I can say that about. He really looks out for his customers safety and well-being. He doesn't try selling you anymore than what you need and only if and when you absolutely need it.

We arrived at our Cabin New Years Eve to 42*, needless to say we were stressed as we don’t know a lot of service industry people up there. I called 3 different Furnace repair people around 6:00am New Years Day. Phil called back within 5 minutes and was able to get to us in the morning. He had to come back in the evening and the next day to get it fully working but he was honest, professional and even gave me names of other great people to call in area for other services. He will definitely be my 1st call for any heating or cooling issues in the Brainerd area!

I am extremely grateful to Phil. He fit us into his already full schedule and provided us with exceptional customer service. He identified the problem, ensured we had heat before leaving and most importantly contacted Minnesota Power as the issue was with the outside equipment. He made sure they were aware of the issue. He called this morning… and followed up with us to make sure the heat was still working and reviewed what I needed to explain to Minnesota Power when they called. He was fair in his pricing and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend him for any of your heating needs
