After coming home today, I noticed my furnace wasn't working. It was almost five and the repair man that i usually call was already closed and I saw Al's ad. I called Al and left a message. He called me back shortly and within a half an hour, he was at my house working on my furnace. i will call him first from now on. He was very reasonable and I will call him first for furnace repairs.

Al came out to our place the same day our furnace blower motor went out even though he already had a job scheduled during the day. He communicated with us to make sure he got the correct parts for our equipment. He worked into the evening to make sure our furnace was running before it got cold that night. I highly recommend Al for any HVAC work. We’ll be calling him again for any future work.

Latest Update: Al made the best out of an unfortunate situation. I appreciate his willingness to work with us and get the problem fixed.
Update: Al has reached out to me and has offered to cover the cost of the new company coming in to fix the system. Will update again when everything is squared up.

We have had issues with the system since install, at first he was responsive with "band-aiding" the problem. However, after 3 failed attempts over a 3-yr time frame we are left with a dead system. Al Installed a new heater connected to a newly installed gas line in a detached garage. We did initially have some difficulty with performance of the unit but Al was persistent and worked with the manufacturer and finally got everything working in good order. Super good guy to work with and I would recommend highly .
