High Country Roofing replaced my roof and gutters that were damaged during Hurricane Ida. They are licensed and registered in Louisiana and listed with an A+ rating through BBB. My roof was completed quickly using high quality shingles. Meggie made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process. Alan provided a thorough estimate and monitored the roofing and gutter installation. Omar made sure that I was pleased with the finished product. I spoke with Omar for 45 minutes about various roofs and materials, he stayed and answered all my questions, not brushing me off like some of the other 20 contractors that came calling. After receiving several quotes I choose Hill Country Roofing because Omar was able to help us find the right options for our budget. We had hail yesterday in Katy and Richard came by to ask if we needed help. I’m so glad he came by because my dining room ceiling was leaking! Richard & Omar covered it up quickly to avoid further damage and with the storm this morning I am so happy they came by last night! These guys were very considerate about the Covid-19 guidelines and even asked before they handed me a business card. I am definitely having these gentlemen replace my roof!!!
