We had a tornado damage our roof.My husband's dad had used Telge roofing and highly recommended this company.Roy & Paula took care of our insurance claim immediately. If we had any questions Roy would call right back and took care of anything we needed to have our insurance claim approved. The roofers showed up at 6:30 2 days later and completed our roof in a couple of days. The tornado knocked our fence down and Roy helped us with someone to replace our fence.We also had needed our gutters replaced and Roy had someone out the next day and gave us a quote. We didnt need to call for any

Five stars. Cameron at Telge Roofing is superb. The entire company is extremely responsive and they do great work. My roof was severely damaged by hail while I was in the process of selling the house. Cameron worked with us before and after closing with dogged determination to make sure the insurance company appraised the damage accurately. And he… stayed personally involved until everything was finalized. Since I live overseas, they acted as the liaison between the new owners, the insurance adjuster, and me. I give both Telge Roofing and Cameron my highest recommendation.

When we sold our home in Cole’s Crossing last year we decided to have the roof checked. Cameron from Telge roofing came out and looked it over & we decided to completely redo the roof. He team was there within… the week, did a fantastic job! The whole team was quick, efficient and very polite & Cameron was able to answer any and all question and concerns my husband and I had. TELGE Roofing installed a new roof on our 2story house . Jerry Lambert their sales person worked closely with us and our POA to insure that s CA we had an approved roof by the POA . The entire work was completed in 10 hrs from start to finish . They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!!!!

I asked them to inspect my roof before I put it up for sale & fix any problems that they found. I was charged $550.00. They supposedly fixed any issues and said the roof had 8-10 years left of a 30 year roof. The inspector for the buyer now claims there are loose shingles and other things that should have been spotted by Telge Roofing.
Telge is telling me that the inspector must have done that & it will cost me more money to repair. They still have not called me back to tell me how much more.
I wanted the opinion of a well established, reputable roofing company & with good reviews

We used Telge Roofing for the replacement of our hail-damaged roof. Going into this process I could not imagine what a huge ordeal it is to have your roof replaced. Finishing the process, all I can think is "thank goodness I worked with Telge Roofing on this".
Roy Campbell is the owner of Telge Roofing and I got an immediate impression that this was someone who knows how to run a business. He was always prompt and clear in his communication. One of their people just knocked on my door (while I'm working from home, thanks to the virus) and told me I "had a lot of storm damage on my roof" and wanted to give me a quote. I did not call them for this and I specifically have a "no soliciting" sign on my door. I also have no storm damage on my 5 year old roof, thanks. I would never do business with these people.

Worked with Sean Gregory to have my roof replaced and he was extremely responsive throughout the process. Service was second to none. Sean and his team were out within a day to assess the things. Entire job was completed in a single day one week later. Two weeks into my new roof and already having gone through Tropical Storm Imelda and I've had no issues whatsoever. In October 2017 had Telge provide re-roofing estimate. Luckily for us Telge sent Sam Taylor to estimate the job. Sam was probably the most courteous, professional, and knowledgeable individual I've dealt with in a roofing company. He worked with us and our insurance company to assure all our issues were properly addressed. When we accepted the job and estimate, Sam wasted no time in getting the job done with the materials we selected. They started when promised, finished when promised, cleaned up afterwards as promised and came back after completion to assure the job met our expectations.

FIVE STARS! I love my telge roof. They handled my insurance claim from start to finish. The staff and installers were polite and professional. Cameron was my salesperson and took great care of me. Telge and cameron have since put a roof on my grandfathers house as well and both houses are just gorgeous. I have a 50 year warranty on my roof I can transfer if ever I sell the place. The owner Roy even followed up personally with a quality control inspection. Could not be happier.

Now years ago, I had a sales rep provide a quote and offered me a $1000 off my insurance deductible. No scope of work on contract. When I declined, they threatened me with a law suit by their repugnant lawyer. When I refused, I was sued and it cost me $3,500 to defend myself. It is against the law to provide a kickback on deductibles and made the contract null and void. The lawyer knew this. I'm sure the owner was informed as well.
We attempted to get other contracts they wrote through discover to show a pattern of abuse. I believe this finally forced the owner to dismiss the law suit
