Move In/Out Cleaning are you are trying to get a deposit back after moving out? Maybe you want a nicely cleaned and disinfected home to move your things into. Cristal and Hanna were phenomenal. I had my ducts relocated recently and it left a ton of dust. I also have 2 dogs. You literally can’t even tell anymore. Dust and dog hair are gone! They even folded the toilet paper and left these beautiful stamps.

Cristal and Hanna did a great job at cleaning our apartment after we moved in. They arrived on time, brought all their own supplies, and walked me through everything they would be doing. They even worked around my husband and I (and our 2 yippy Chihuahuas) working from home while they did their magic. They were polite and friendly and gave me an awesome "battle report" itemizing everything they did during their session. Loved it! I will be keeping them on to do regular cleaning bi-weekly since they did such a great job.

We had an excellent experience with Army of Maids from the online booking, rescheduling, and cleaning service. Cristal and Summer showed up on time and really paid attention to the details. It has been so hard to keep up with 2 kids and a dog while both of us work full time. Army of Maids made it so easy and I felt comfortable with them in our home. We will definitely be utilizing their services again.

I have had army of maids clean two places for me: my boyfriend's house, and my apartment. I paid 129 $ for a move in/ move out cleaning, and my bf paid $110 for a standard house cleaning. I would say that the cleaning for both was no different. One of the maids asked me when she did the move in cleaning if to clean the inside of the oven... what kind of question is that? I expected better cleaning. They pretty much did a surface cleaning of everything. They did an OK job but I think I will go with another company because I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for my cleaning and they got to my place

There were things they did well like mirrors and chrome fixtures but my kitchen was not clean both times I had them in. Kitchen floors were not wet mopped and my stovetop was skipped on the first, deep cleaning, visit. I personally think they are too over scheduled to do a thorough job. I hired someone else.

The worst cleaning service. Paid over $300 for the "move in" service for 3 and a half hours with 2 people. We bought a big home so asked that they concentrate solely on the kitchen and 3 bathrooms and no need to do anywhere else. The floors in kitchen and bath were disgusting. They didn't clean under any of the sinks. Showers still had black gunk all over them. The pantry in the kitchen was the worst! They didn't do anything and there was clumps of dog hair in it from previous owner. I am having to spend hours cleaning now - take a look at the dirt from the window sill which

I used this service for a 2 hour cleaning session with an extra paid add-on of interior window and track cleaning. My windows were my number 1 priority of 3. I just moved into a house and the windows were just filthy. Even though the two ladies did an okay job cleaning them up, I can't give a raving "the windows were spotless!" or "these ladies really went above and beyond!" or "OMG WOWEE etc etc" like these other reviews. Julia and Llana did a deep clean on our house 02 March 2018, prior to a large party we were having. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! The young women were very polite, professional and efficient. We have a big house and could have used 3 cleaners for the timeframe but they cleaned everything very well. We bought lunch and had to beg them to sit and eat. . We will be calling to set up a bi-weekly maintenance cleaning. We really love Julia and Llana so I hope we can get them permanently.

I wish I would have gotten the same service as the rest of the people who left reviews. While my house smelled very clean and looked clean on the surface, under and behind furniture and doors was a totally different story. I was charged for a "deep clean" first time service, and that is not what I got. First cleanings should set the standard for what to expect. If this is what to expect, then I guess I will keep looking. Lets see how long this review stays up.

I used Army of Maids last year and was really unimpressed by the cleaning. They sent three girls and they all failed when it came to even the most basic "Housecleaning 101" decrees. For example, they did not move the coffee table to vacuum/wash the floor underneath it, opted to dust around objects rather than pick them up, etc. After they left, I spent at least another hour vacuuming, mopping, and dusting the spots they missed. It seems they were so intent on doing everything in less than an hour, it didn't matter that the place wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

Army of Maids always does an excellent job with our house. We have them come every 2-3 months for a deep cleaning of each room. We love that they use environmentally friendly cleaning supplies. They will use our cleaning supplies if we prefer (usually have them use our vacuum). They really care and it shows based on the quality of the work they do. I always appreciate their attention and expertise- I have had several of the maids make recommendations to me about different household products that I could use to maintain the surfaces in the home- wood, granite, etc. Sometimes they are able to come

I had them come in and do a first time cleaning and they did a great job. Very efficient and thorough. They also do a good job of keeping you up to date as to when they think they will arrive, so that you're not waiting around for hours like you do for the cable guy. The only minus that I can think of is that they are somewhat on the pricier side, at least insofar as my fairly small condo went. But they definitely do a great job.
Update: I used them again after doing the above review and this time decided to go with the hourly option. My condo is not all that big so this worked out perfectly

How can I sum up my review in one word? Is "Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo" a word?
I ordered the move out service, and I think I may use them on a regular basis. All I really needed was the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, and they went far beyond! The ceiling fans got wiped down from both sides of the blades, light switches got cleaned (I never thought about cleaning those), even my small outdoor patio got swept and cleaned!
