Communication with the top notch is excellent. They were right on time and very upfront with what they could restore from the upholstery. Left everything very clean. After assisting me in the late evening via text at no charge to get paint out of my carpet, the owner personally came to our home the next day to clean our carpets.
The service was incredible and our carpets looked and smelled brand new. They are 7. Rodney is truly a hard working professional. His machine broke down, he left to get a part, came back and fixed it and finished the job. He did a very thorough job. Juliessa is very kind, helpful and understanding when she answers the phone.

I cannot say enough about Top Notch! Juliesa made it a breeze to schedule a visit for an estimate and appointment thereafter. Our tech, Rodney, did an incredible job getting pet stains off our stairs and upholstered furniture. Everything looks new!
We also opted to have our tile and grout cleaned , this was a great value in comparison to other grout and cleaning companies.

At around 830 at night, I spilled about a half gallon of dark grey paint onto our tan carpet and was frantically messaging companies to try and get an emergency cleaning first thing the next morning. Juliessa text me back promptly to apologize and informed me that they did not have any openings for two days. About ten minutes later, I received another text with a video and detailed instructions of how to get the paint out. Top Notch truly saved our carpet this evening. That extra step was very unexpected and much appreciated. This type of amazing customer service and care is hard to come by these

I hired Top Notch Cleaning to clean the upholstery on my chairs. I already had one well known cleaner out 2 years ago and they claimed they couldn’t be cleaned. After Top Notch cleaned the same chairs, they looked like brand spanking new chairs. I couldn’t believe it! I was ready to replace these chairs and Rodney with Top Notch Carpet and Upholstery Services made them look like new. . I am a customer for life! :-)
